different varieties of wild mushroom together
with two types of sherry.

SVAMP OCH SMAK
Taste the mushrooms from Skåne’s natural pantry, mushrooms
such as milk-caps, russulas, tricholomataceae, strophariaceae,
field mushrooms, boletales, and more. Everything from mild
flavours and crispy consistencies to aromatic and tender with
nutty types of sherry. When fresh mushrooms are available,
participants can prepare their own. A wonderful taste
experience.

WORTH KNOWING
NB Participants cannot be allergic to
mushrooms.
The public have the right of access to private
land in Sweden, meaning that anyone
may pick mushrooms and berries in the
countryside without the landowner being
able to prevent this.
ENVIRONMENTAL LABELING
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Additional mushroom varieties and types
of sherry can be added. The tasting can be
preceded by a mushroom picking walk out
in the countryside when mushrooms are in
season. Please let us know if you have any
special requests.
