INSTALLATION (CONTINUED)
Leveling the Table (Figure 4)
A leveling screw pad is located at each corner under the table’s base. Adjust the four leveling pads, by turning them up
or down, using Method 1 or Method 2 to achieve a solid, level installation. Test step by pulling out. If step drags on floor
or is difficult to pull out, adjust the front table levelers (not the step levelers) out 1 turn at a time until step pulls out easily.
Method 1 - Raise corner of table using a pry bar on a wooden block. Insert another wooden block under corner. Adjust leveler, and remove corner block.
Method 2 - One or two people raise the front end of the table by pulled out leg extension. Rear of table can be raised
by pushing the top rear pass-through drawer to one side and using the drawer opening as a hand hold.

Stirrups (Figure 8)
Retracting the stirrup to the storage position:
WARNING
1. Rotate stirrup to the first lateral position (parallel to
the table).
FALL HAZARD
Failure to engage the stirrup lateral locking
mechanism could allow patient to lose balance
resulting in a fall and personal injury to patient.
2. Fold stirrup down against bar.
3. Lift stirrup slightly and push to slide back to stowed
position.
Extending the stirrup to functional position:
NOTICE
1. Gently lift and pull straight out of the table to the
desired extension. Extend the stirrup to the functional
position.
NOTE: Applying any downward pressure on the end
of the stirrup while sliding it in or out will result in
movement difficulties. This is a normal part of the
stirrup locking mechanism. For ease of movement,
lift up slightly while sliding the stirrup in or out.
2. Lift the end of the stirrup and rotate stirrup to the left
or right into one of the four possible lateral positions.
Stirrup will drop into each position as it is rotated.
3. When the desired position is attained, lower the
stirrup. Check that the lateral locking mechanism is
engaged by attempting to rotate stirrup assembly
without lifting on the stirrup end.
NOTICE
The resistance felt when pulling out or pushing
in the stirrups is by design to help hold stirrup
position during an exam. Lubricating or waxing
stirrup beam (bare metal component that slides
through stirrup housing) will reduce its ability to
hold position during an exam. Do not lubricate or
wax stirrup beam.
4. To adjust the stirrup extension length, hold the end
of the stirrup and lift gently while sliding in or out until
the desired extension is achieved.

leg extension in fully can cause patient to fall
resulting in serious injury.
1. Pull leg extension out to the desired position. The upholstered pad on the leg extension will extend along
with the leg extension.
2. To slide the upholstered pad off the leg extension, lift
the front end of the pad (while holding the leg extension) and slide back to the stowed position.
3. To remove the upholstered leg extension pad, fully
extend the leg extension and lift the upholstered pad
off the leg extension.
Treatment Pan (Figure 9)
Leg Extension
1. To use the treatment pan, pull until leg extension is
fully extended.

into the stowed position or remove it completely.

Lowering the seat section back to the Normal Position:
WARNING
1. Slightly raise the front edge of the seat section.
BURN HAZARD
2. Rotate the pelvic tilt support bar downward and lower
the seat section into its prone position.
Stacking or placing instruments in the drawer in
a manner that causes them to come into close
proximity to or contact the warming element can
cause them to become overly warm.
NOTICE
Instruments that are too warm can create
discomfort to the patient.
Do Not use drawer warmer with supplies
packaged in plastic.
The drawer warmer warms the contents of the top drawer
on the foot end of the table to approximately body temperature.
To operate the warmer, turn the warmer power switch to
the ON or “illuminated” position. The switch will illuminate
to indicate that the warmer is operating.
To turn the warmer off, turn the warmer power switch to
the OFF or “non-illuminated” position. The switch will stop
