ACCOMMODATION GUIDE
All caravans are connected to mains services with gas, hot and cold showers,
flush toilets, cooker, fridge and microwave. HD colour TV/DVD and heater in
lounge. All accommodation is fully equipped to a high standard with duvets,
pillows, crockery and kitchen utensils for berths shown.
You supply duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels.

Luxury 2 bedroom holiday home. Large kitchen with
microwave, fridge, gas cooker and hot water. Shower/

bedrooms and panel heater in bathroom. 28” HD TV/

Accommodation is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Persons named on booking form only are registered to occupy the accommodation. Please notify reception of any
alterations or if you intend to arrive after 7.00pm, or if you plan to have visitors.
Bed linen must be used on all occupied beds during your stay and can be hired at reception if you require.
Occupants of all caravans must behave in a sensible and responsible manner at our Holiday Park, and with due
regard to other guests. Musical instruments, radios and TV’s must not be used in a manner audible to other
occupants or guests. All noise should be kept to a minimum after dark in order not to disturb others.
NO ALL MALE OR FEMALE UNACCOMPANIED TEENAGERS ACCEPTED.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY OF OUR CARAVANS, OR INSIDE PUBLIC PLACES.
CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN AROUND THE SITE AND NO SMOKING SIGNS MUST BE OBSERVED.
Deposits (1/3 of cost) can be made by all major credit/debit cards or by cheque. There is a 2.5% charge if using a credit
card. Full payment must be received 30 days before commencement of holiday. Non receipt of deposit or balance will
result in the Park re-letting the caravan without further notice. We will retain any deposit paid and ask for further
payment to compensate us for any loss. Any bookings done within the 30 days must be paid in full.
Barbeques are permitted but should be sited well away from gas supplies and other combustible materials.
No barbeque is to be left unattended at any time. Disposable types must be raised on a fire proof block and not
placed directly on the grass areas.
ONE car space only per unit, in parking areas only, not on grass. EXTRA CARS must be notified in advance as space
may not be available. NO lorries, trucks or trade vans permitted on the park.
Hook-on clothes driers only to be used, one supplied to each unit. Coin operated washing machine, tumble dryer.
Spin dryer, sink, ironing board and iron in laundry room.
HIRE
Cots/Travel Cots available £7.00 Bed guards free if available. High Chairs available £7.00
Duvet set Double £9.00 / Single £7.00 Towel bale £5.00 pp.
THE MANAGEMENT cannot be responsible for any loss, damage or accident to persons or private property however
caused whilst staying on the park. Reserves the right to enter accommodation for the purpose of repairs,
replacements or emergencies. Should anyone be asked to leave for causing nuisance or damage on the park, NO
REFUND will be given. Occupiers at all times should conduct themselves with due regard to comfort and enjoyment
of others. Any liability shall be pro-rata the unused portion of the booking and discharge of obligation by the park.
With constant improvements on the park some brochure text may become out of date or inaccurate.

CANCELLATIONS Due to illness, death, redundancy or injury of any named person.
Provided written notification is substantiated.
Up to 21 days prior to arrival all money will be refunded/credited less deposit.
Less than 21 days before arrival, all money less deposit will be refunded providing it is possible to re-let the
accommodation.
We regret we are unable to give refunds for accidents/breakdown during your journey or for holidays cut short
through accident/illness or other reasons.
It is strongly recommended you insure against any eventualities including personal belongings cover (cover
away from your home).
All units must not be occupied by more than the maximum stated persons, INCLUDING BABIES. All units are well
equipped and have sufficient china, cutlery and cooking equipment for stated number of persons shown. All units
require you to provide all linen. Please report any breakages / shortages on arrival, the hirer is responsible for the
accommodation and its contents during the period of hire. The Management cannot accept responsibility for any
breakdown or malfunction of equipment, but will endeavour to repair or replace as soon as possible. ALL caravans
are cleaned to a high standard and must be vacated in a similar manner. Refrigerators turned off please.

To avoid up to 2 hours of delay on the Cadnam to Lyndhurst Road a recommended route
from London is M3, M27 Westbound at the end of the motorway (Junction 1), continue
straight on for 2.5 miles on the A31. Turn left on ‘B’ road sign posted Emery Down, straight
on for 2.5 miles at Swan Green, turn right on the A35, approximately 10 miles. Take the left
turn marked Highcliffe and Walkford onto Ringwood Road. Go through the village of
Walkford. Take the left turn down Walkford Road. Pass the Walkford Hotel and go down
to the bottom of the hill. Take a sharp left into Walkford Lane.
