Huawei S5700-LI-BAT series battery LAN
switches (S5700-LI-BAT for short) are the
industry's first switch series to support built-in
batteries. If the mains power fails, batteries are
automatically used to provide power, ensuring
uninterrupted services. After the mains power
is recovered, the mains are used to provide
power and charge the lithium batteries. In this
manner, devices at the access layer are
provided with power when the mains power
fails at the access layer.

 The parameters status, capacity, and
type of the battery are displayed.
 Batteries on the entire network can
be managed in a unified manner,
and the battery service life is
predictable. When the standby time of
a battery is shorter than the threshold,
an alarm is generated, allowing you to
replace the battery before the battery
service life ends. You do not need to
replace all batteries on the entire
network. Built-in batteries save the
