Aland Maritime Day has been organized since 2001 and includes
 Exhibition for ship owners, suppliers, maritime schools and other maritime organizations
 Seminars covering industry and political topics
 Networking possibilities during coffee breaks, lunch, cocktails and dinner
Exhibitor information
 The exhibition is open at 0900 – 1800 hrs. Please note that you are not allowed to take down your stand
before 1800 hrs. In order to increase networking possibilities, there will be a cocktail served in the exhibit
hall from 1645 hrs to 1800 hrs (free of charge for exhibitors and delegates).
 The stand includes a table of about 130 x 80 cm. There is space for roll-ups of a total length of about 2
meters. If you have any special requirements, for example need for electricity, please advise upon
registration.
 Exhibitors have the possibility to give a 5-minute presentation in the Speakers’ Corner. Please advise
upon registration.
 Lunch, coffee, cocktails and dinner are included for two persons.
 Seminar attendance is free of charge.
 Please prepare your stand on Wednesday, May 11, between 1600 - 1800 hrs.
 Register and pay before December 31, 2015, and pay 700 euro
 Register and pay before March 31, 2016, and pay 1 000 euro
 Register and pay before May 5, 2016, and pay 1 200 euro
 Maritime schools that register before December 31, 2015, may attend free of charge, otherwise as above
