CLATSKANIE PEOPLE’S UTILITY DISTRICT
MEETING NOTICE
The Clatskanie People’s Utility District Board of Directors has scheduled the next regular Board
meeting for Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 7 pm in the community room of the District’s administration
building located at 495 E Columbia River Highway, Clatskanie. A Board Workshop will precede the meeting,
starting at 5:30 pm.
An executive session may be called at the workshop and/or meeting, pursuant to:
ORS 192.660 (2) (h) to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body regarding
current litigation or litigation likely to be filed; and ORS 192.660 (2) (g) to consider preliminary negotiations
regarding trade or commerce in which you are in competition with other states.
