Proud. This would be the word which would
describe how we feel towards Scotland after a very
eventful year. We have laughed, cried, celebrated
and commiserated together as one nation during
2014’s very bountiful year. This year was jam-packed
with events including the Year of Homecoming,
the Commonwealth Games, the Ryder Cup and
the much anticipated independence referendum,
and Scotland can proudly hold its head up after
doing a tremendous job showing the world what
we are truly made of.
During this point of patriotism, we thought it was
fitting to make sure your year was topped off with
a truly authentic Scottish Christmas and New Year.
We have brought you the best of Scottish produce
in our hampers which now includes our Taste of
Scotland hamper, full of products which have all
been lovingly created and cared for in Scotland.
Looking ahead, we are delighted to be supporting
the Scottish Government’s initiative for 2015 –
the year of Scottish Food & Drink. We are excited
to have the chance to spotlight, celebrate and
promote Scotland’s natural larder to the rest
of the world but especially to local people who
maybe haven’t had the chance to see what
Scotland’s culinary experts have to offer.

Butchery Course

Learn the art of butchery on a half-day course with the friendly experts at The Store. Start the day with
a coffee and bacon roll, followed by a farm tour which finishes in the butchery and maturation chill.
Grant will demonstrate his butchery process and coach you as you try your hand at this enjoyable
and rewarding skill. A meaty lunch at The Store then completes your experience.
