Enhanced Medical Services for Civil Service Eligible Persons Enhanced Diagnostic Services Block G Imaging Centre at Queen Elizabeth Hospital provides general Computed Tomography ( CT ), Magnetic Resonance Imaging ( MRI ) and ultrasound scanning services for the exclusive use of civil service eligible persons ( CSEPs ) [ Note ]. CSEPs who already have a scheduled appointment for any of above services at their attending HA hospitals and do not need to be hospitalised for receiving the required services ( except patients of the Kowloon Central Cluster ) may call the Imaging Centre to check whether an earlier appointment could be made available. Enhanced Specialist Out-patient ( SOP ) Services 9H Specialist Clinic ( 9HSC ) at Prince of Wales Hospital ( PWH ) and Saturday SOP at Queen Mary Hospital provide general SOP services for the exclusive use of CSEPs. CSEPs who meet the following criteria may check if an earlier appointment is available at 9HSC or Saturday SOP – ( i ) they have made an appointment for first consultation for general SOP services at an HA SOP clinic; ( ii ) the assigned date of appointment is eight weeks or more after the issuing date of the appointment slip; and ( iii ) the general specialty service required is available at 9HSC or QMH. CSEPs who are already receiving treatment at Li Ka Shing SOP Clinic at PWH, if clinically suitable, may opt to transfer to 9HSC for continued management of their cases.
