Fra sitt hovedkontor i Grimstad driver J.J. Ugland Selskapene (JJUC) en verdensomspennende
virksomhet. JJUC opererer kommersielt og teknisk en flåte på 47 enheter; bulkskip, tankskip, PSV,
lektere og ett kranskip. I tillegg er det kontrahert 4 nybygg. A/S Uglands Rederi er morselskap for
shippingvirksomheten, og er gjennom datterselskaper også etablert i Stavanger og Canada. I
JJUC inngår videre A.S Nymo, som er et EPCI verksted med hovedmarked innen offshoreproduksjon. JJUC sysselsetter rundt 1100 personer og har en årlig omsetning på ca. kr 1,5 milliarder.
Selskapene innen JJUC har et sunt økonomisk fundament som muliggjør videre ekspansjon.
Vi har for tiden ingen ledige stillinger, men til vår offshore serviceflåte (PSV) kan vi trenge

Skipenes fartsområde er Nordsjøen under NOR flagg. 1-1 ordning med 4 ukers turnus.
Søkere må ha gyldig sertifikat og kurs for stillingen. Søkere med erfaring fra offshorefartøy vil
bli foretrukket, men ingen betingelse. Lønn og betingelser iht. gjeldende overenskomster mellom Norges Rederiforbund og respektive sjømannsorganisasjoner.

JJUC operate commercially and technically a fleet of 47 units; bulk carriers, tankers, PSV, barges
and a heavy lift crane vessel. In addition, 4 newbuildings are contracted. A/S Uglands Rederi is the
parent company for the shipping activity, and is through subsidiaries also established in Stavanger and in Canada. A.S Nymo, an EPCI yard mainly involved in the fabrication of modules for the
oil and gas industry, is also included in JJUC. JJUC employ around 1100 people and have a yearly
revenue of about NOK 1.5 billion. The companies within the JJUC have a sound financial base,
which will allow further growth.
Presently, we have no vacant positions. However, from time to time, in order to man our offshore service fleet (PSV), we will need seafarers in all position categories. Should you wish to

The vessels are trading in the North Sea and fly the NOR flag. 1-1 arrangement with four-week
shifts. Applicants must have valid certificates and courses for the position. Applicants with experience from offshore vessels will be preferred, but this is not a condition. Salary and employment terms according to existing agreements between the Norwegian Seafarers’ Association
and the respective seafarers’ organisations.
Applicants must have a good command of a Scandinavian and the English language.
