The children dressed up as Roman slaves and took part in a number of activities in the Roman workshop including: writing in Latin and Roman numerals; building an archway as well as waterproof roofing; spinning wool and making mosaics. They also enjoyed looking at the original mosaic flooring in the Palace and exploring the gardens.
