CHALK TALK January WHATS NEW 2 013 New fee schedule enclosed with statement for 1st term 2013 – this also includes our annual club membership and the annual non and competitive registration fee with the SA Gymnastics Federation The boys competitive classes remain as is and the gymnasts return to the same coach and time slots. The girls competitive classes have seen some changes and new allocations will be included with this statement. Preschool and beginner classes will remain with gymnasts moving by age and ability – should we have missed any of the “age” promotions please just contact the office and we can adjust the class allocation. T raining Competitive classes (ie. 2 x and more per week) will resume classes 14th January Beginner and pre school classes will resume on the 19th January 2013 FOR YOUR DIARY 14 January – Competitive Classes resume for 1st term 19 January – Pre School & Beginner Classes resume for 1st term 11- 16 February – Valentines 11 week !!! for the beginner gymnasts – fun class with prizes for all – come dressed for action (in red and white of course) 18- 23 February – Gym Mix 18 testing kicks off for the new year 2 & 3 March – Gymnastics Leaders coac coaches training hosted at Pi Pinetown Gym Club 21 > 25 March – Junior high performance camp – Pretoria 28 March – Last day of classes for 1st term National Schools Games – Pretoria REPORT BACK R esults Zone 6 competition – (SA vs Mozambique , Zimbabwe & Namibia) congratulations cong to LJ who won the senior event and to Stix who wh picked up 3 apparatus gold medals – 2 x per day training and the great preparation plan put together by Jesse paid off Many thanks to everyone who attended our display and prize giving – despite the heat a good time was had by all (new Lotto application has improved ventilation as no. 1 priority !) Would like to publish the results ts of the 3 on 3 football f match that was played p after the staff braai but nobody seems to remember the scores too well …………
