Peter has extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis, risk and capital management, M&A and performance measurement and management for insurance companies. Penny Fosker is a senior consulting actuary at Towers Watson Hong Kong and is also a Regional Director of the firm's Risk Management Practice focusing on risk management for insurance companies. Penny has many years of experience in helping insurers to analyse, quantify and manage the risks in their business. She has worked with clients on a wide range of assignments, covering areas such as capital monitoring and modelling, review and development of risk management frameworks and product restructuring. David Menezes is an Associate Director in Deloitte Actuarial & Insurance Solutions and is responsible for leading the firm's Hong Kong and Singapore non-life practices. David joined Deloitte in 2014 and has 14 years' experience spread between industry and consultancy. David has built capital models to accommodate Solvency II requirements in Europe; has experience in reserving specialty, commercial and personal lines; and has developed front-line reinsurance pricing tools.
