Fred Arthur Andersen
MANAGING PARTNER
Fred Arthur Andersen is a partner in CLP's corporate team and
works primarily with mergers and acquisitions, incorporation and
restructuring of companies, contract law and negotiations, rules
and regulations related to capital markets, and employment law.
Andersen has extensive experience from the financial sector, e.g.
banks, insurance companies, investment banks and debt collection
agencies. He previously worked as General Counsel of SpareBank
1 Gruppen (a leading Norwegian bank and insurance group), and
as a lawyer in DnB NOR and in Advokatfirmaet Hjort DA. Andersen
has wide experience as a board member, and has, in addition to
his legal education, an Executive MBA from the Norwegian School
of Economics and Business Administration.
