Vi har gleden av å invitere til Mai Chengs nye utstilling i Rådhusgalleriet. Det er nå fire år siden
forrige gang hun stilte ut i Oslo, og mellomtiden har hun arbeidet med nye malerier i sitt atelier i
Frankrike. Endel av dem ble stilt ut i Palm Beach, Florida, tidligere i år, mens andre ble stilt ut i
Shanghai, Kina, for to år siden. Neste utstilling åpner i Cannes, Frankrike (se invitasjonen til høyre)

Galerie Espen ArtdeNor, Cannes welcomes you to a solo exhibition with Mai Cheng. Since her last
exhibition in France, she has established her studio in Menton, Côte d’Azur, which is where her new
paintings are created. Mai Cheng exhibited in Palm Beach, Florida, in January this year, and in
Shanghai, China, in 2013.
On top of more than 20 exhibitions in Norway, she has staged solo exhibitions in Germany, in
the USA (New York), in Belgium (Brussels) and on Iceland. Her largest exhibition so far took place
in The Chinese National Gallery in Beijing: More than 100 of her paintings were on display in the
gallery where she today is represented in the standing collection. Complete biography with reviews
