This is hull 369 from Kleven (Myklebust Verft).
She is an advanced Seismic Survey Vessel with
22 streamers built for GC Rieber Shipping.
Delivered April 2015.
“Polar Empress” is a further development of GC Rieber
Shipping’s design, currently used for “Polar Duke” and
“Polar Duchess”. She is designed for worldwide operation
in arctic and tropic waters. “Polar Empress” is 112.6m long
with a breadth moulded of 21.5 metres. Accommodation for
70 persons. The deadweight is approx. 4200 tonnes.
