1.1 conical sleeve removal / demontering av konhylse

To make it as easy as possible to disassemble, the
equipment must be offloaded.
For å gjøre demonteringen enklest mulig, må utstyret
avlastes.
1.1.2/
Remove screws and plates.
Demonter skruer og plater.
Assemble the tool as shown. The jaws should be fixed to the flange on the conical sleeve. Connect the
hydraulic pump and hose.
To pull off the conical sleeve, the hydraulic hose must be connected to the outer coupling (see fig.).
Monter verktøyet som vist. Avtrekksklørne skal skyves inn bak avtrekksflensen på konhylsen. Koble til
hydraulisk pumpe og slange.
Outer coupling
For å trekke av konhylsen må hydraulikkslangen kobles til den ytterste koblingen (se fig.).

1.2 pin removal / demontering av pin

For pin with M30 center hole, adapter M48-M30 can be used.
For pin med M30 senterhull, kan adapter M48-M30 benyttes.

The M48 threaded rod should be attached to the
center hole in the pin.
Gjengestangen M48 skrus inn i senterhullet på pin.

Assemble the tool. Connect the hydraulic pump and hose. To pull out the pin, the hydraulic hose must be connected to the inner coupling (see fig.).
Monter verktøyet som vist. Koble til hydraulisk pumpe og slange. For å trekke ut pin må hydraulikkslangen kobles til den indre koblingen (se fig.).

To make it as easy as possible to disassemble, the
equipment must be offloaded.
For å gjøre demonteringen enklest mulig, må utstyret
avlastes.

2.2 pin removal / demontering av pin
2.2.1/
Loosen the axle with the axle plate.
Løsne aksling med aksling plate.
2.2.2/
Use a rubber mallet and hit on the axle to loosen the inner conical sleeve.

Use an adapter plate. The M48 threaded rod should
be attached to the center hole in the adapter plate.
Bruk en adapterplate. Gjengestang M48 skrus inn i senter hullet på adapterplaten.
Bruk en gummiklubbe og slå på akslingen for å løsne den indre konhylsen.
2.2.4/
Assemble the tool. Connect the hydraulic pump and hose. To pull out the pin, the hydraulic hose must be connected to the inner coupling (see fig.).
Monter verktøyet som vist. Koble til hydraulisk pumpe og slange. For å trekke ut pin må hydraulikkslangen kobles til den indre koblingen (se fig.).

3.1 Ø140mm - Ø195mm
3.1.1/
Conical sleeve removal
Assemble the jaws for Ø140mm - Ø195mm to the pulling plate, and remove the conical sleeves as described in chapter 1.1 and 2.1.
Demontering av konhylse
Monter avtrekksklørne for Ø140mm - Ø195mm på
trykkplaten, og demonter konhylsene som beskrevet i
kapittel 1.1 og 2.1.

Pin Ø140mm - Ø195mm removal
The M48-M30 adapter should be attached to center
hole in the pin, and the threaded rod should be
attached to the adapter.
Pull out the pin as described in chapter 1.2 and 2.2.

Adapter M48-M30 skrues i senterhull på pin, og gjengestangen skrus i adapter.

For pins without M48 center hole.
Assemble the adapter plate to the pin end.
Monter adapterplaten i enden på pin.
3.2.2/
Attach M48 threaded rod to the adapter plate, and pull out the pin as described in chapter 1.2 and 2.2.

Skru M48 gjengestangen inn i adapterplaten, og trekk ut pin som beskrevet i kapittel 1.2 og 2.2.
