Artistic Gymnastics
Oslo Turnforening would like to invite you to take part in the trophies of Unni and
Harald. This is the 21st international trophy since 1995 where our former national and
international gymnasts Unni Holmen and Harald Wigaard have the pleasure to invite
you to Norway’s only international competition.
1. Participation:
Each federation/club may participate with team juniors and seniors men and women
(4-4-3). We will also invite youth gymnasts from Nordic countries to an individual
competition. The Junior and Senior gymnasts will be scored by FIG- regulation, while the
Youth will be scored by Junior FIG regulation.
The six gymnasts with the highest score in the different apparatus in the Junior and Senior
competition, will qualify for the apparatus finales.

5. Number of judges and appointments
Each participating federation must bring one judge for women and one judge for men.
All judges should be holders of the FIG license for the corresponding cycle. We will appoint
supplementary judges. The appointment of judges to the apparatus will be made by the
organizers.

The Trophies of Unni Holmen and Harald Wigaard will be presented to the best Norwegian
senior gymnasts.
7. Registration
Nominative registration, including name and date of birth for all participants have to be sent
within March 1st. Please return enclosed form
8. Accommodation
We recommend accommodation on the nearest hotel: Scandic Helsfyr Hotel. Walking
distance to competition arena is approximately 15 minutes, and 4 minutes from the bus stop of
the Airport Express Coach.

*The price in euro will always be based on the current price rate. The price is per night and
includes breakfast, wifi and free parking. Breakfast and Wifi is included in the price.
All costs must be prepaid to Oslo Gymnastic Club within March 10th.
10. Meals.
Lunch will be served in the competition facilities daily from 12:00 to 14:00.
Lunch and dinner must be ordered with the enclosed form no. 3 and returned
within March 01th .
The delegations have to take care of other meals by themselves.
11. Economy
The cost for each gymnast is EUR 40.-. Team is additional EUR 50.-.
Dinner on Friday: EUR 15,-.
Lunch on Saturday and Sunday is EUR 10.- per day.
Banquet on Saturday: EUR 20,-.
The club is obliged to bring one judge pr. team. If a team fails to bring a judge, there will be a
fee of EUR 400.The participation federations/clubs must pay all costs regarding traveling, accommodation
and additional gymnasts by themselves. The costs for accommodations and lunch/dinner
must be prepaid to Oslo Turnforening within March 10th.

12. Travel schedule and local transports
We need information about each delegations arrival and departures. Please return form no. 4
and within March 01th. We recommend the delegations who arrives at Oslo - Gardermoen
airport, to use the Airport Express Coach to Helsfyr (Helsfyr Rica Hotel) or the Airport
Express Railway to Oslo Central Railway station. More information about transportation will
be sent to the federations after registration.
14. Miscellaneous:
All participating federations must bring their own national flag and national anthem on a CD.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
15. INSURANCE:
The Host Federation, the Organizing Committee and the FIG will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case
of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. The FIG Technical Regulations ( Section 1, art. 12.10) foresee that
all participating Federations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid
insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation.
