Beloit--Comply365, an innovative software design and development company, announced the
relocation of its headquarters to the Ironworks Campus in downtown Beloit, WI. The company, which
is leasing over 4,000 square feet of office space, expects to increase both its footprint and employee
count within the next three years, according to a Rock County Wisconsin Development Alliance news
release.
"This move is providing the additional space required to accommodate the company's rapidly
expanding mobile applications, engineered cloud-based enterprise platforms and support center
solutions. The economics of the Ironworks, coupled with its appealing high-tech environment for
employees and clients alike, matched our location requirements. Wisconsin's favorable business
climate and its coordinated economic development approach were important factors, as well", said
Kerry Frank, co-founder and CEO of Comply365.
Established in 2007, Comply365 is a software development / design company that helps clients
reduce costs, improve efficiencies and accelerate productivity with an easy-to-use distribution
platform and applications that streamline documentation, training, compliance and workflow. For

Mike F, Only problem with your theory of checking their website and clicking on the contact us tab is
that this announcement is already over a week old, and they have their new address listed. As
someone else already stated, yes they moved here from Roscoe Ill. but this news is old news already.
Here is a link to their press release from August 30th ;

wasp ...well this company looked at Wisconsin and DID move here. You can't admit your statement is
over the top. It's close enough to the IL border that possibly was a no brainer when you compare the
financial health of the two states

Thank You Governor Scott Walker for making Wisconsin 'open for business'. Maybe Romney/Ryan
can do for the country what You did for Wisconsin - Cross Your Fingers.

Comply365 currently has 17 employees. As always, this is good news, but it's only one data point. It
likely speaks mainly to the expertise of Hendricks Development in attracting and supporting tenants.

hg, you nailed it, considering the drive we would have to pay significantly higher wages since none of
them want to live here.

donnaw-I didn't say, no companies were moving to Wi. from Ill. I said companies were looking at Wi.
as a place to move and not coming here. I used an Ill. company as an example. Reading
comprehension again. The article and the companies web page says nothing about the number of
people that would be moving. I think it won't be too many, as 4000 sq ft. is less than twice the size of
my house.

wasp....here is your example of a company moving to Wisconsin from Illinois. You said there were no
companies moving here from Illinois.

Eagle1, perhaps if your company paid its employees a better wage, they would not find it more
rewarding to make the drive to Milwaukee or Madison. Thats one of the problems with trying to work
in Janesville. I am sure they are not moving their work skills for the atmosphere in the work place.

weeds, we are in Janesville, we lose people to Milwaukee and Madison on a regular basis and takes
forever just to find qualified people.

Having a tough time finding qualified candidates in Beloit? You folks should move to Janesville, you
won't find anyone qualified, although you'll hear them complain and bash everything about you and
then blame it all on Scott Walker.

If you want to know where they are relocating from, how about you go to the website cited in the
article and click on Contact Us. Their corporate address is listed right there. Maybe then you will see
how wrong your statement of "Somebody must be getting laid off somewhere !" really is.

They were formally in Roscoe IL, easy commute to Beloit would be surprised if they lost staff, they
are a growing company!

Why would someone have to be laid off? It didn't say they were hiring right away, just relocating. I
am assuming the employees are coming with them.
Maybe they are moving from Illionois, perhaps Roscoe?

vnvet perhaps but the great thing about having skills in an industry like this is you don't stay
unemployed for long. In fact our company has a really tough time getting qualified candidates.

That is great news, anytime a tech company can grow in this area is just an indication that Rock
County can be more than just a manufacturing area.
