WHEREAS, that certain Condominium Declaration for Braemar North
Condominiums, dated June 28, 1983, filed of record in Volume 83129, Page
0288 of the Condominium Records of Dallas County, Texas ("Declaration")
created Braemar North as a condominium regime (the "Condominiums"), and
provides for a lien against the condominium units located in the Condominiums
to secure payment of assessments and related charges levied against the units
for common expenses;

("Association") is vested with the power to enforce the lien. The Association's

owner of a condominium unit at the Condominiums, such unit (hereinafter "Unit")

the County of Dallas, State of Texas and being more particularly
described as follows: Condominium Unit 226 in Building E of
Braemar North Condos, a condominium project located at 1810 N.
Garrett, Dallas, Texas 75206.
WHEREAS, the undersigned has been appointed Trustee by the
Association, upon the contingency and in the manner authorized by the
Declaration and by Texas law; and
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the payment of the assessments and
the same are now wholly due, and the Association has requested the
undersigned to sell the property the subject hereof to satisfy said indebtedness.
