Issue of PIK bonds
Nordic Trustee ASA acts as trustee for the bondholders (the "Bondholders") in the above mentioned
bond issue (the "Bonds") issued by Latina Offshore Limited as issuer.
Reference is made to the written resolution adopted by the Bondholders 14 October 2016 (the
“Resolution”).
The instalment of USD 10 million due in September 2016 which has been separated from the Bonds (the
“Separated Claim”) will technically be added back to the principal pursuant to Schedule 2, Term Sheet,
of the Resolution.
Bondholders are hereby informed that PIK bonds will be issued to the holders of the Separated Claim at
the date hereof.
