Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve
Glacier Bay’s spectacular scenery and marine wildlife are part of an awesome natural monument to a retreating ice age and a
UNESCO World Heritage Site. National Park Service regulations limit entrance to only two cruise ships a day. Our premier
access allows us to discover a region that only two centuries ago was covered with 4,000 feet of ice. Earthquakes and a warming
world climate have caused the ice to melt and recede allowing this incredible tidewater glacial bay to become accessible. Joined by
a National Park Service ranger and a Huna-Tlingit interpreter, passengers experience a day-long tour that is both breathtaking and
educational. Surrounded by the bay’s ever evolving landscapes, watch in wonder as the ship glides through deep, majestic fjords
and past lush forests revealing ice-capped mountains and iceberg-dotted inlets.
