Addendum to the Oslo Børs Membership Agreement and the Merkur Market
Membership Agreement («Addendum»)
The Oslo Børs Member Firm and/or the Merkur Market Member Firm, hereby confirms that it will accept,
and execute, the role as a Merkur Advisor pursuant to the Admission to Trading Rules for Merkur Market
section 11 (1), cf. section 1.1 (5).
In the event of any breach of the Admission to Trading Rules for Merkur Market, the compliance
procedures according to the Merkur Market Member and trading rules section 6, shall apply to the extent
applicable, for the Merkur Advisor.
