on Merkur Market of new shares issued in connection
with the completed private placement, as further
described in the stock notices of 9 December 2016 and
4 January 2017. The new shares is admitted to
temporary trading in the period commencing on 10
January 2017 and until a listing prospectus for the
new shares have been approved by the Norwegian FSA.
This is expected to take place medio February 2017.
The temporary traded shares will then as soon as
possible be transferred and listed at Oslo Axess
