NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
On Wednesday, August 6, and Tuesday,
August 19, at approximately 6:00 p.m., the
Spanish Fork Planning Commission and City
Council will review proposed Zone Text
Amendments to Title 15. The one proposed
Amendment would change the height restriction
from 30’ to 35’ for residential structures.
Another Amendment would modify the zoning
classification for solid waste transfer facilities.
The meeting will be held in the Council
Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish
Fork. If you have any questions or comments
concerning the Zone Text Amendments, or if
you are unable to attend the meeting, please
contact Dave Anderson, Community Development Director, at 801.804.4580 and your written
comments will be forwarded to the City Council.
