Until
the company has restored compliance with the financial
reporting requirements of the continuing obligations of Oslo
Børs, cf. Securities Trading Act section 5-5, and until
clarification on the situation regarding possible going
concern issues has been reached, price quotation will be
subject to special observation. Oslo Børs would also like to
draw attention to the statement from the Financial
Supervisory Authority of Norway regarding trading halts in
listed financial instruments on grounds of failure to
