Program Supervisors` Seminar

Supervisors’ Seminar, 8 March 2017
Klækken hotell, Hønefoss
This will be the 7th seminar for the supervisors in the program since 2011.
The seminar will focus on the supervisor’s role, tasks and challenges concerning the
mandatory training component of the research fellow’s education. Who are responsible
when the research fellow shall fulfill the elements of the training component,
contribute to the institution's academic environment and develop her project? How are
the supervisors' duties described in the supervisor’s contract and the study plan, and
how are do we implement them?
The Norwegian Artistic Research Programme focuses on ethics in art and artistic
research in conferences and research education. We will discuss the supervisor’s role in
identifying the ethical questions in the research fellow’s work.
