sexual assault performed by several chicago police officers caught on camera
dear illinois states attorney,
i am requesting the video footage of both the chicago transit authority and the nearby shopping center mall security of the exact location marked by the “yellow box” pinpointing the location of the assault in the enclosed photo.
please review the two enclosed photos and complaint text file.
please review the photograph demonstrating the location of the assault containing the “yellow box” pinpointing the location of the assault and observe the video camera located in the upper left hand corner of same photo.

late evening of friday october 3rd 2014
while peacefully conversing with a friend, several police officers approached and seperated us. i saw my friend being thrown against and bent over a concrete island. i then witnessed the police roughing him up and one officer pushing himself against him, in what appeared to be violent sexual assault. several of the police officers were sheilding what this one police officer was doing, preventing others from witnessing their actions. the police officers appeared very excited in what they were doing.
i could not believe what i was witnessing. granted it was dark outside, and few people were around, that specific location has quite a few cameras trained on it from both the cta and a security center for a nearby shopping center.
i was then ordered to leave the area. i instantly percieved that i was ordered to leave so that there would not be any witnesses to their further assault they were performing against this light weight peaceful person that i had come to know as completely non violent. i then began to tell the police that the person they were mistreating was not a bad person.
then i too was violently bent over the same concrete island and pushed against in what i can only describe as violent sexual assault. while being unecessarly and forcefully held down by several officers, everyone became very quiet and i felt the distinct slapping of something against me below my lower back.
(granted i was unable to see exactly what was being slapped againt me, my perception left enough of an impression on me that later when i arrived home i closely examined my clothing for human bodily fluids)
(i was not obstructing justice as the police claim, yet showing concern for the safety and welfare of another human being who was clearly being violently assaulted. and in showing concern i was violently assaulted myself. yet at no time was i physically violent nor did i ever resist arrest.)
i was then whipped around like a rag doll, almost tripping over my own feet. the police were very excited in what they were doing. they were clearly getting off and getting excited from their own hideous behavior.
(the video footage from the cta and nearby mall security station will verify what we both endured.)
i did not witness my friend resisting, nor did i resist myself in anyway. yet we were both violently assaulted.
at the rogers park police station i articulated outloud what had occured. several police officers heard my vocal complaint and were laughing and mocking me. i told them that if they did not dig a deep hole and stuff me in it, that i would be complaining to both the fbi and illinois states attorney when and if i was ever released from their custody. it was at this precise moment that the police stopped laughing.
then later, after accidentally cutting my finger, i also complained to the two fire department paramedics about what had occured.
then we both were transfered to the lincoln police station were i had my shirt pulled up while i was handcuffed. the jail employee then left me to frisk my friend leaving me with my shirt pulled up while i was handcuffed preventing me from lowering my shirt. then the jail employee asked my friend if i was his boyfriend.
(i myself am not a homosexual, nor did i ever perceive my friend to be a homosexual either. infact we both earlier had shared with each other that we were both God fearing christians, which happens to be what we both were talking about when the police originally approached us.)
i was then told that i would be jailed from anywhere from 2 to 24 hours and placed in a cell with no mattress nor blanket. as i laid down on the concrete slab in my cell i could feel the heat being drawn from my body. i would frequently get up and stand to prevent this from happening, however i would then lay back down because i was thoroughly exhausted from all that i had endured.
this recent incident is now my 2nd sexual assault complaint against the chicago police department, being seperate from the incident that occured several months ago.
