sexual assault in the lake forest hospital emergency room part two
it is imperative that i include these crucial details to my complaint
regarding my visit to the emergency room at lake forest hospital:
– i do not have a legal guardian
– i possess full power of attorney ( habeous corpus )
– it is true that i was quasi-committed 26 years ago after i had
accused my son’s mother’s adopted father of adultery
( who at the time lived a few doors down from the governor’s
mansion in maple bluff, wisconsin )
– i now have neuroleptic malignant syndrome from being forced
on powerful antipsychotropic medications 26 years ago

with all of this being said, it is crucial to state that dr. ajay singhvi
could possibly argue that he had a legitamite reason to perform
a sexual examination, however:
– before the sexual examination, doctor ajay singhvi rested his
hand on my leg and complimented my skin color. i was in excruciating
pain, i was in fear of my life ( that is why i went to the ER ), yet here
doctor ajay singhvi was having a casual conversation with me about
my skin color while resting his hand on my leg.
– as opposed to calmly explaining to me why i was being examined, i
was yelled at and ordered to lay on my back as doctor ajay singhvi
burst into the room with some kind of demonic power trip, after having
just previously having had a casual conversation with me about my
appearance ( while i was literally in fear of my life, because of the chest
pain i was having).
– at no time was i informed why he was performing the sexual examination
– i was frozen with fear
– the examination took some time to complete, it felt raw. i have been
examined by doctors before, however this examination felt raw and
degrading.
– he went from yelling at me ( as he burst into the room without
warning ) to stuttering and being giddy
– after the lengthy sexual examination, he quickly left without
any explanation

ok, let’s play the devil’s advocate and falsely consider that i am
not capable of knowing whether or not i have an infection.
– does that give doctor ajay singhvi the right to rest his hand
on my leg and make casual comments about my appearance as
i am possibly dying from a heart attack?
– does that give doctor ajay singhvi the right to yell at me ( when
at not time was i uncooperative )?
– does that give doctor ajay singhvi the right to treat me like
a raw piece of meat without a soul, without ever taking the
time to give me any type of explanation of why i am being
sexually examined?
– does that give doctor ajay singhvi the right to violently order me
to lay on my back without asking permission first?
clearly, whether or not i am mentally ill, or not; does not change
the fact that i have the right to be treated with dignity and
respect.
clearly: mentally disabled people have souls, they have feelings.
clearly: i approve of assault on a mentally disabled person to be
a class x felony ( which it fortunately is ). mandatory 6 – 30 years.

yet as opposed to the lake forest police department arresting
a sexual predator, i myself was arrested three days ago for
relentlessly complaining about what was most certainly a
violent sexual assault. if the city of lake forest thinks they
can justify a sexual assault on me because they label me as
being mentally ill, then ok… let’s move this to a class x felony.
because whether or not i am mentally ill does not change the
the fact that i have a right to be treated with dignity.
