Steps to configure the printer on
Windows:
➢ First of all, click on the windows logo which is located on the

menu.

➢ Firstly, click on the apple logo located on the left corner
of the monitor and then select system preferences
from the drop-down menu.
➢ Now go to the printers and scanners in the preferences
page and then click on plus sign located at the bottom
left corner of the page.
➢ Then you will be directed to a new window. If your
print device is already connected to the network then
your machine will appear on the new window.
➢ Then click on the printer’s name and it will start the
setup and once it’s completed, you will see your
printer’s name in the left pane of the window. Now
print a test page.​
