Aluminium profile: EN AW 6060 - BS EN 573-3.
Plexichoc glazing: transparent organic UVblocking glazing material with good shock
resistance ISO 7032-2.
Security glass: tempered glass BS EN 12150-1.
Aluminium posts: EN AW 6106, EN AW 6060
and EN AW 6063 - EN 755-2, providing high
mechanical strength.
Surface treatment
Anodising: an electro-chemical treatment
resulting in a 15 µ thick protective surface
coating of aluminium oxide.
Paint
Wet paint: liquid polyurethane paint, pistol
sprayed on a stripping compound base layer
to 30 µ, oven-baked at 80 - 100° C.
Powder coating: polyester powder, applied by
spraying to 60 µ, oven-baked at 160 - 180°C.
RAL: numbered colour chart created by
RAL (a German organisation). We offer the
colours most widely used for poster display
cases. RAL colours cannot be reproduced in
print exactly. Please use a RAL colour code
register to make your choice.

Packaging
Packaging is of high quality to ensure that
you receive goods in perfect condition. The
packaging used is specific to the nature of
the product – cardboard boxes, banding on
pallets, cloth sheathes, cardboard tubing
etc.
Poster case sizes
Dimensions are expressed in millimetres.
Also quoted is the size of the sheet which
the poster case can comfortably display.

Using meticulous manufacturing and design techniques, Vitincom® poster
display cases are of exceptionally high quality. The majority
of products in this catalogue benefit from the following key features:
Outdoor display cases: safe and secure, both traditional and modular.
All outdoor products include the following features:
Wear-resistant, warp-proof integrated hinge.
“Safety” lock manufactured exclusively for Vitincom®, tamperproof with the
latch unseen from the outside.
100% of the display surface made visible by the lock being positioned on the
aluminium frame and not on the glass.
Easy to use: press hinge doors to easily open them towards yourself
Reversible door, (right-opening on delivery, can be
changed to left-opening without the need for tools).
Elastomer seal and anti-condensation vents.

VITINCOM ® ATTRIBUTES
Illuminated poster display cases and light boxes

The electrical wiring must be installed by a qualified person to comply with
applicable safety regulations. The cable exit is not predefined in order that the
installer may choose the most suitable position.
All VITINCOM® poster display cases (except «Allure» poster cases with felt back or
cork back), both indoor & outdoor, can benefit from an LED lighting kit (optional)
adapted to their size and easy to install.
LED lighting kits make the reading of documents inside display cases easier in
dark places or at night. They are particularly energy efficient and benefit from an
exceptionally long life expectancy.
Warning! LED kits are not intended for advertising lightning; to light up big size
advertising posters, the use of a light box is recommended.
Electrical components in light boxes are factory fitted and comply with
European directive CE/73/23 and BS EN 60-598.
