“THE LIFE OF LIL WAYNE"

“THE LIFE OF LIL WAYNE"
Rapper Lil Wayne was born Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. on September 27, 1982, in New Orleans,
Louisiana. Lil Wayne has been creating music since he was a child, and is considered among
today's most talented rappers. He grew up in Holly grove, one of New Orleans' poorest
neighborhoods.
Lil Wayne started rapping at the age of 8. He later met brothers Bryan and Slim Williams, the
founders of Cash Money Records, who were impressed enough with his skills to give him one of
their business cards. Ambitious, Wayne continued to call them until they took him under their
wing and let him hang around the label's offices.
Lil Wayne's first recording for Cash Money Records was True Stories (1993), performing with
another skilled rapper, B.G., under the name the B Gs. Away from the studios, he was living
dangerously. He sold crack for a time, and accidentally shot himself in the chest, according to an
article in Rolling Stone. "It was my mom's gun," Wayne told the magazine in 2008. "It was like a
chopper hit me. But the bullet went straight through, and I bounced back in two weeks."
As part of the Hot Boys, Lil Wayne got his first taste of success. The group was made up of

As part of the Hot Boys, Lil Wayne got his first taste of success. The group was made up of
several of Cash Money’s rising stars—B.G., Juvenile, Turk and Wayne. Their debut album, Get
It How U Live (1997), sold more than 400,000 copies. Their next effort, Guerilla Warfare (1999),
did even better, eventually selling more than 1 million copies. At the age of 16, Lil Wayne was
on his way to music stardom.
That same year, Lil Wayne launched his solo career with Tha Block Is Hot (1999). The title track
was a big hit, and the album reached the top of the hip-hop charts. Featuring appearances by
members of the Hot Boys as well as the Big Tymers (Brian Williams and Mannie Fresh), the
recording went double platinum. Fresh also served as Wayne’s producer on the recording.
The rapper’s next two albums, Lights Out (2000) and 500 Degreez (2002), sold modestly
compared to his debut. Then, in a career-changing move, Lil Wayne took a break from creating a
traditional style album and released his first collection from his underground mixtapes: Da
Drought (2003). His mixtape tracks usually feature beats borrowed from other artists with new
lyrics that he creates.

“FRIENDS”
to have a playing and discussion mate is very easy but to have a friend is very difficult.
Friends are like vital machines they should be treated like and egg once you loss a friend
you can never retrieve him/her back and even if you have them back they will not be like
before. In our world today there are three type of friends 1, friends for a reason 2, friends
for a season and friend for life friends are meant to be cared for friends that can share the
goo and the bad times with you they advice you they always tell you the truth even though
it is bitter they always lead you to the right path and more to that are very prayerful. We
should always try to be faithful to good friends and not betray them avoid being friends for
a reason or for a season handle your friends with care and not carelessness for it it is better
to have a good friend than a thousand relatives.

“CHANGES”
gone are those days when SJCHS used to be a place of indiscipline but right now the story
has changed for when the holy ghost comes dry lands will be fruitful thus with the
implementation of six discipline personal the story of SJCHS has changed now we are all
dancing to the tune of the music with no stress as it was in the beginning because now we
always think of the consequence for carrying out the action. But sometimes it takes a very
painful experience to make us change our ways that notwithstanding change is the only
constant thing in life.

on the underground and by bus during the 15 years of his Episcopal ministry.
“My people are poor and I am one of them”, he has said more than once, explaining his decision
to live in an apartment and cook his own supper. He has always advised his priests to show
mercy and apostolic courage and to keep their doors open to everyone. The worst thing that
could happen to the Church, he has said on various occasions, “is what de Lubac called spiritual
worldliness”, which means, “being self-centered”. And when he speaks of social justice, he calls
people first of all to pick up the Catechism, to rediscover the Ten Commandments and the
Beatitudes. His project is simple: if you follow Christ, you understand that “trampling upon a
person’s dignity is a serious sin”.
Despite his reserved character — his official biography consists of only a few lines, at least until
his appointment as Archbishop of Buenos Aires — he became a reference point because of the
strong stances he took during the dramatic financial crisis that overwhelmed the country in 2001.
He was born in Buenos Aires on 17 December 1936, the son of Italian immigrants. His father
Mario was an accountant employed by the railways and his mother Regina Sivori was a
committed wife dedicated to raising their five children. He graduated as a chemical technician
and then chose the path of the priesthood, entering the Diocesan Seminary of Villa Devoto. On
11 March 1958 he entered the novitiate of the Society of Jesus. He completed his studies of the
humanities in Chile and returned to Argentina in 1963 to graduate with a degree in philosophy
from the Colegio de San José in San Miguel. From 1964 to 1965 he taught literature and
psychology at Immaculate Conception College in Santa Fé and in 1966 he taught the same
subject at the Colegio Del Salvatore in Buenos Aires. From 1967-70, he studied theology and
obtained a degree from the Colegio of San José.
On 13 December 1969 he was ordained a priest by Archbishop Ramón José Castellano. He
continued his training between 1970 and 1971 at the University Of Alcalá De Henares, Spain,
and on 22 April 1973 made his final profession with the Jesuits. Back in Argentina, he was
novice master at Villa Barilari, San Miguel; professor at the Faculty of Theology of San Miguel;
consultor to the Province of the Society of Jesus and also Rector of the Colegio Máximo of the
Faculty of Philosophy and Theology.
On 31 July 1973 he was appointed Provincial of the Jesuits in Argentina, an office he held for six
years. He then resumed his work in the university sector and from 1980 to 1986 served once
again as Rector of the Colegio de San José, as well as parish priest, again in San Miguel. In
March 1986 he went to Germany to finish his doctoral thesis; his superiors then sent him to the
Colegio Del Salvador in Buenos Aires and next to the Jesuit Church in the city of Córdoba as
spiritual director and confessor.
It was Cardinal Antonio Quarracino, Archbishop of Buenos Aires, who wanted him as a close
collaborator. So, on 20 May 1992 Pope John Paul II appointed him titular Bishop of Auca and
Auxiliary of Buenos Aires. On 27 May he received Episcopal ordination from the Cardinal in the
cathedral. He chose as his Episcopal motto, miserando atque eligendo, and on his coat of arms
inserted the ihs, the symbol of the Society of Jesus.
He gave his first interview as a bishop to a parish newsletter, Estrellita de Belém. He was
immediately appointed Episcopal Vicar of the Flores district and on 21 December 1993 was also
entrusted with the office of Vicar General of the Archdiocese. Thus it came as no surprise when,
on 3 June 1997, he was raised to the dignity of Coadjutor Archbishop of Buenos Aires. Not even
nine months had passed when, upon the death of Cardinal Quarracino, he succeeded him on 28
February 1998, as Archbishop, Primate of Argentina and Ordinary for Eastern-rite faithful in
Argentina who have no Ordinary of their own rite.
Three years later at the Consistory of 21 February 2001, John Paul ii created him Cardinal,
assigning him the title of San Roberto Bellarmino. He asked the faithful not to come to Rome to
celebrate his creation as Cardinal but rather to donate to the poor what they would have spent on
the journey. As Grand Chancellor of the Catholic University of Argentina, he is the author of the
books: Meditaciones para religiosos (1982), Reflexiones sobre la vida apostólica (1992) and
Reflexiones de esperanza (1992).
In October 2001 he was appointed General Relator to the 10th Ordinary General Assembly of the
Synod of Bishops on the Episcopal Ministry. This task was entrusted to him at the last minute to
replace Cardinal Edward Michael Egan, Archbishop of New York, who was obliged to stay in
his homeland because of the terrorist attacks on September 11th. At the Synod he placed
particular emphasis on “the prophetic mission of the bishop”, his being a “prophet of justice”, his
duty to “preach ceaselessly” the social doctrine of the Church and also “to express an authentic
judgement in matters of faith and morals”.
All the while Cardinal Bergoglio was becoming ever more popular in Latin America. Despite
this, he never relaxed his sober approach or his strict lifestyle, which some have defined as
almost “ascetic”. In this spirit of poverty, he declined to be appointed as President of the
Argentine Bishops’ Conference in 2002, but three years later he was elected and then, in 2008,
reconfirmed for a further three-year mandate. Meanwhile in April 2005 he took part in the
Conclave in which Pope Benedict XVI was elected.
As Archbishop of Buenos Aires — a diocese with more than three million inhabitants — he
conceived of a missionary project based on communion and evangelization. He had four main
goals: open and brotherly communities, an informed laity playing a lead role, evangelization
efforts addressed to every inhabitant of the city, and assistance to the poor and the sick. He
aimed to reevangelize Buenos Aires, “taking into account those who live there, its structure and
its history”. He asked priests and lay people to work together. In September 2009 he launched
the solidarity campaign for the bicentenary of the Independence of the country. Two hundred
charitable agencies are to be set up by 2016. And on a continental scale, he expected much from
the impact of the message of the Aparecida Conference in 2007, to the point of describing it as
the “Evangelii Nuntiandi of Latin America”.
Until the beginning of the recent sede vacante, he was a member of the Congregation for Divine
Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, the Congregation for the Clergy, the
Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life, the Pontifical
Council for the Family and the Pontifical Commission for Latin America.
He was elected Supreme Pontiff on 13 March 2013.
LETTERS TO THE EDITOR.
Dear editor the idea of buses transporting students to the field during occasional days has proven

Dear editor why are awards not given to the best students and also students who have stayed in

THE SCHOOL GIRL
I love to rise in a summer morning when the birds sing on every tree
The distant huntsman winds his horn
And the sky lark sings with me
Oh what sweet company? But to go to school on a summer morning
Oh drives all joy away
Under a cruel eye out_worn
The little ones spend the day
In singing and dismay
Ah then at times dropping sitting
And spend many an anxious hour
Nor in my book can i take a delight
Nor sit in learning bower
Worn thro with the deary shower.
How can the bird that is born for joy
Sit in a cage and sing?
How can a child when fear annoy
But drop his tender wings
And forget is youthful spring?

When my mother smiles change dull Septembers

So birds, beasts and men who have been
Hiding from the season’s roughness come out singing
To praise God, everyone for his kindness
In changing dullness into happiness.
Who unless a dead man can fail to feel
This important change with much hope and zeal
That is how my heart feels when we play as a family
And the delicious smile drive away all dark some clouds from my face
And dress it with a cheerful look of grace.

FOLLOW YOUR DREAM
Follow your dream
Take one step at a time
Don’t settle for less
Just continue climbing
Follow your dream
If you stumble don’t stop
Keep your eyes on your goals
And press onto the top
For only on the top
Can you see the whole view?
Can you see what you have done?
And that you can do
Can you then have a vision
To see something new
Press on and follow your dream.

RIDDLE
] There are three frogs in a log and one decided to jump off the log. How many frogs are still
there in the log? How many?
Remember one decided to jump.
Did you say two?
The answer is three
There are three frogs still on the log.
One mentally decides to jump.
It doesn’t mean that he physically jumped
If you make a decision
And take no action
Towards the completion of that decision you are still in the same place.
Act on your decisions.

My dear girls and boys life is something that we should really appreciate and thank God for.
Especially the girls we know we were specially made to be specially handled, so it hurts when
we misuse our lives on some unnecessary things.
You need to know that going into these early sexual activities is not necessary. You will still find
a husband when the time comes you don’t need to be in the so called “fashion” before your
beauty will be noticed. You don’t have to follow bad friends who will lead you astray tell you
early sex I know which most of you might go into is not the best for whosoever reason. Early sex
will only lead you to HIV\AIDS and other STDS.
Isn’t it wonderful working the same with your husband, feeding your families tell you it is

CUP FUL OF LIFE!!!!!
a group of working friend gather to visit their onetime university lecturer. The
lecturer was happy to see them. Conversation soon turns into complaint of street in work and life.
The lecturer just smiled and went to the kitchen to get an assortment of cups, some
procelain, and some in plastics, some in glass, some in plain looking and some that looked rather
exquisite and expensive.
The lecturer offered his former student the cup to get drinks for themselves. When
the student had the cup in hand with water the lecture said. “if you noticed, all the nice looking
expensive cup were taken up. Leaving behind the plain and cheap ones. while it is normal that
you want the best for you selve, that is the source of you problem and stress. What all you wanted
was water, not the cup, but we all unconsciously went for the better cups.”
Reflection
“Just like in life, if life is water, if life is water, then the jobs, money and position in the society
are the cups. They are tools to hold\maintain life, but the quality of life doesn’t change”.
“If we only concentrate on the cups we won’t have time to enjoy\taste the water in it.”

GOD'S CLINIC
Well being is a matter of life and its wholeness and not merely of physical fitness. Therefore,
maintain total fitness and be happy; why don’t you walk into GOD'S clinic where you can
receive free treatment?
I went to god clinic to have my routine check up and confirmed I was ill. When God toke
my blood pressure, he saw I was low in tenderness.
When he read temperature the thermometer registered 40degress of anxiety.
He can an electrocardiogram and found that I needed several “love bypass” since my
arteries were blocked with lowliness and could not provide for an empty heart.
I want to orthropadise because I could not walk by my brother side and I could not hug
my friend, since I had fractured myself when tripping with envy.
He also found I was short-sighted since I could not see beyond the shortcoming of
my brothers and sisters.
When I complained about deafness the diagnosis was that I had stopped listening to
God's voice talking to me on a daily bases.
For all that, God gave me free consultation thanks to his mercifulness. As my pledge is,
once I leave this clinic , I only take the natural remedies he pescribethrough words of truth: every
morning take a full glass of GRATITUDE
When getting to work take one spoon of PEACE.
Every hour take one pill of PATIENCE, one cup of BROTHER HOOD and one glass of
HUMILITY.
WHEN GETTING HOME TAKE ONE DOSE OF LOVE.
When getting to bed take tow tablets of clear CONCIENCES.
Yes God's purpose form you is simply perfect. You only need to consult him on a regular
basis to remain STEADFAST IN HIS LOVE.

HUMILITY AND SIMPLICITY
Humility is a “homosone” and we must strive to humble. Humility is truth and one can try to see
the self if only you are simple.
Humility and simplicity is an important virtue of our life if a leader is not humble
and simple he or she would become a detector.
Humility can be made part and parcel of us if only u you accept who and what you are. Make
sure you put other before yourself and you can become a leader among men only with
ST.JOSEPH.
To all students to be humble and simple you must have self discipline that is you must follow
this formula and especially the perfect and elderly students and the formula is “RED” which
means
R==RESPECT
R=EXAMPLARY
D=DISCIPLINE
AND equally “PHD”
P=PRAYER
H=HARDWORK
D=DETERMINATION AND DISCIPLINE.

VOCATION AS A SIGNOF FAITH FOUND IN FAITH
VOCATION is being celebrated on the 21st of april.vocation springs from the family which the
Holy Father describes as Joseph’s family.
If is very fundamental for everybody to pray for vocations and to be open to respond
to the call if it our call.
“The harvest is rich father but the laborers are few fathers”. God never abandons us
and it remains true in God “only in God can we find rest”(ps.62:6)hope is nourished the by
certainty, only god is able to satisfy our test. Jesus continues to say come follow (MK.10:21).
It is not a matter of time but a matter of comment. Learn to listen to the voice of
God and if God is calling do not resist. Notre; if you feel the call of priest hood or convent sand
your parents refuse, then disobey them and this is called honey disobedience. Learn to equally
listen to your parents and discern.
The lord has chosen us to be the light to the nations. When you become a priest or
sister you loss or gain nothing but you can share joy with Christ. Do not be afraid to follow your
call. God needs people to continue his mission with him. vocation does not necessary means that
you our called to be a sister or priest (no) but you can equally be called to be a married person
and be a Sheppard in a community.
As a shepherd you have to know your sheep and your sheep should equally know you.
As a sheep we have to obey the words of our sharper’s and follow it. Let us parry genuinely for
our community and pray for sheep to listen to the voice of the Sheppard and the Sheppard comes
in various ways such as; advice, roles and regulations, sermons etc.
if you do resist formation certainly you would be useless person. We pray for the spirit
of dolsility that is we should de doles.

Upgrade your life Acts (20:32)
At certain time we feel obliged to upgrade our equipment and devices such as cars, computer phones and
electronics furniture is the entire house While this is commendable we ought also to give greater attention to
upgrading our lives This is possible through the application of God’s word The word God has been given to us to
transform and renew our minds and upgrade our lives form glory to glory.
Give more attention to the word study and meditate on the scriptures proverbs 4:20 says “My Son, attend to my
words, incline thane ear unto my sayings”. it doesn’t matter what state you’re in right now if you’d give yourself
wholly to the word it will upgrade you spiritually mentally finically and physically your whole life will be improved .
the word of God is a life-builder, you can confident intents your life to the word ; it will build you up , deliver your
inheritance to you and catapult you from one level of victory and success to another level.
Two Corinthians 2:18 tells us but we all with open face beholding as in a glass to the glory of the lord are changed
in to the same image from glory to glory even as by the spirit of the lord .The word changed above doesn’t mean
changing from bad to good. It’s from Greek word metamorphosis and it means inetamohorsis a transformation .from
one level of glory to another happens through study and me dictation on the word.
PRAYER
The word of God is working in one and building me up daily in every area of my life there’s development and
progress because the word is my total life-builder I’m effective and prosering in all things because I live in and by
the word.

VOCATION
When people talk about vocation the first thing that thing strikes the mind is the
priesthood majority think that only those heading forward to become priests are those
that have a vocation NO! That is a wrong way of thinking .Each and every person on
this planet earth made from the image and likeness of God has a vocation. Therefore, a
vocation is not possessed just by an aspiring priest but by every human being.
More to this, the word vocation come from the Latin word “VOCARE” meaning “to be
called,” Hence, vocation is the call to a particular field, be it a policemen, farmer, hunter
or a fisherman if you are in any of these occupations, it is your vocation and you are
destined to be that person and perform that particular activity. Everybody should try to
search for their vocation wherever. And we can only say yes in response to Jesus thirst
for love by totally accepting out vocation in a particular field you many draw many other
people to God by showing them love which Jesus thirst for.
Everybody has a vocation. No matter the place, age of time. This vocation is fulfilled by
God in your life, no matter your ability to delay it. Fibulae suave est. fruiter with English
equivalence, man is an architect of his owe fortune and this fortune can as well lead you
to your vocation. So be a good architect.

“THE ACT OF GIVING”
THE PLEASURE OF GIVING IS NOT IN GIVING TO THOSE WHO GIVE YOU TO
BUT GIVING TO you but giving to those who never give to you either because they don't
have or have never been visited by the gentle breeze of charity.
Giving is synonymous to loving if you don't love someone then you will never have
anything to offer that person. The act of loving can be properly expressed in loving your
enemies or those who hate you for in loving those who hate you, you will simply be doing
what any hypocrite or pagan can do and some of them could do it better than you.
Meanwhile in loving those who hate you or never expect your love our almighty
father in heaven will be very pleasure with you this is because you will set yourself as an
example and a bright light for the worlds path.
Do not be carried away by the adage “give to givers and collect from collectors love
is how ever synonymous to the area covered by the pleadings of the winds of giving make
people experience breakthrough In their blessing and encouragement and empowering
spirit to their souls.
Everything in life depends on what persons/people can give to each other to keep
things moving at a progressive pace if you find giving difficult never expect to build any
form of long lasting relationship with anyone for all your effort won’t be able to wash off
your tears like the rains when they come pouring it is clearly started in the bible give for it
will come back to you good measure and rolling over. Finally gives brings a healthy peace
of mine and the power of being optimistic make giving make giving your habit and hobby
try as much as possible to give without reason and above all love without restriction or
intentions for the mounts a golden crown for a God sent a precious friend and a friend
indeed.

All we can touch, and all we see

How long ago, came things to be?
Perhaps it was infinity.

Our tiny earth holds precious gifts

You left us so soon, I can remember when you used to tell me “don’t follow bad friends”, because I
never follow the school rules and regulation.
Why did death have to take you so soon without me seeing you once more? I can remember what
you used to say in class. I promise to take your advice in action. When I sit down and reflect about
what you did for us students, I feel so happy and ask God why he took you away from us. Where ever
you are now please don’t forget your students who loves and admire you.

SENSITIZATION
Once more faced with life.
Every journey begins with a step, same as everything commences from a particular point. Flashing
back to the past triggers, the ecstasy, merriments, sadness, lover and equally bad times.
Just yesterday, I was very feeble indolent, looking peaky at every epogue little did I know my
dreams will ever come true. Not necessarily all but the ones I greatly desired.
Passing through the thickest and darkest forest all these years will remain negligible and evil
always bleak in the shadows. I did all within my power to attain my goals. I faced all the trauma,
insults, castigations and denegation one can ever think of. But I guest all was to encourage me and pave
my way to success. All the eventualities helped me in one way or the others for that I am double
assured.
I think every problem we come across or face must not necessarily be evil, it can as will lead us to
greener pastures for the road to heaven is not as smooth.
I know for this short time I spent in was my best moment and will forever be my best. Also I want
to say a big thanks my principal Sister Olivia Wiaka and my teachers, the holy rosary sisters, my
friends, class mate and the entire up sixth class and most of all my family for their endless efforts,
nourishment and good education.
I AM TRULY GRATEFUL

ALWAYS LEARNING AND GROWING
It is important to realize that in every moment or event is a chance to improve and advance you
knowledge. The more information we gather, the more we broaden our mind. Learning is an infinite
journey. Yet we should never pretend to know everything or to understand what we do not. Always
embrace the chance to learn. By opening ourselves up to advice, ideas, or input from others, we allow
ourselves to expand our knowledge, skills and expertise. This is not to say that you need to agree or
accept everything or anything at face value, but be opened to it. Examine and explore everything with
the realization that, regardless of how far you have come, there is still so much more to learn and
experience. Emerson wrote “In every man there is something where in I may learn, and in that I am his
pupil”. This perceptive quote is a tribute to all people and events minus that in each one, there is
something to gain, discover or take away, sometimes as a pupil and others, as the teacher. This
approach will help you experience life at the fullest, increase your options and foster success.
Each day brings challenges to strengthen our resolve and opportunities to thrive, but we need to
reach out for them. Never be discouraged or feel uncomfortable because you do not know something.
Adopt that as opportunity to learn. Ask questions, be inquisitive and always keep your mind open to
new ideas or possibilities. Anything you encounter in your daily routine, whether meeting someone
new, or collecting information, is a chance to learn and grow. Daniel Bell wrote “the most important
attitude that can be formed is hat of the desire to go on learning”. We often believe we are complete or
have reached our potential, but there is nowhere to go. The moment you think you know everything,
understand, you have to know that you know relatively nothing. Knowledge and information are
infinite. If we consider ourselves green, we will grow: if we consider ourselves ripe, we will rot.
Continually feed your mind with different ideas and insights and you will grow.

Patience should never be conceived as stillness or a sense of inactivity. It is merely a strong and
focused mind set until a goal is achieved or event realized a subdued power of concentration and faith
that will obtain something that has not yet come. When you resolve to accomplish an ambition, remain
steadfast but persistent. Edwin H Chapin wrote, “Impatience never commanded success”. We should
always be moving forward with endurance and confidence, for consistency is a necessary attribute to
success. Believe you will achieve your ambition and you will. By keeping composed and positive, we
never allow time to distract or hinder us from the final outcome. While some objectives may take a few
months to finish, others can take years even decades to complete. But by remaining patient yet
determined you set your mind at ease until you have succeeded.
So many unknown events are happening behind the scenes that we need to trust in time. It can be
difficult. When we want something, we often seek immediate results or gratification. Sometimes this
can happen, but often it takes time for circumstances to align correctly with what we desire. We
accomplish nothing by being impatient. By allowing time to control us, we become irritated, frustrated,
and eventually discouraged, soon, despair sets in and we give up. When we let go of our goal, we lose
if we hold on, we will eventually have it. So be patient and determine in everything you want, you will
eventually have it, in the name of the Lord. Amen.
BY MR. ALPHONUSIS NDONWI.

Religious Corners.
Immorality in the church
If we really observe well, we will notice that there is a lot of immorality in the church.
There is religious promiscuity and we see people who came to show off. As a result, even the
church would not be guilty of it. How can a man sleep with his step – mother and be proud of it? He
should rather be filled with sadness and be ostracized in the society.
God wants us to know that even though he is not physically present, he is near in spirit and his
spiritual being means He sees all our deeds and has already judged those who commit sin in hiding. It
is said that we should not do in private what we can't do in public. Therefore, even in gatherings God is
in our midst by his power.
We should try to put an end to immorality and make the world be a better place to live.
Anybody who commits sin should be severely punished by whoever is capable of administering
the punishment. If the sinner does not repent in order to be save in the end, they will only wallow in
immorality.

ADVICE TO YOUTHS
Promiscuity is on the increase in our society. Most youths feel that they must have several
boyfriends and girlfriends before they are considered important in the society. They blantantly ignore
the consequences of his behavior which by the way has no credit.
Promiscuity leads to loss of self respect. Society tends to see in the promiscuous people control is
necessarily bestial and therefore merits no respect at all – along side not only losing self respect but
also plunge their entire family into disgrace.. if you are promiscuous the impact doesn't ends only with
you but to your entire family and may continue to your generation.
Most student who are promiscuous begin by dropping academically. This drop is because of lack
of concentration since the students have little time to spend reading their book as a result they may miss
their careers, jobs and the position in which they could have occupied had they been hard working.
Promiscuous youth feel as if they are on top of the world. They tend to look down on others
because of this false notion that they are having a well – deserved satisfaction from all kinds of
pleasures like; night dances, films, sexual intercourse etc.
Some pick up early pregnancies and because they do not want babies so soon, result to abortion
and other unorthodox means of doing away with the pregnancy. As a result, most of them die in the
process either immediately or later on. Some are forced by their parents into early and undesired
marriages, which either end up breaking or if the couples stay together, the conditions of living are
appalling.
The most dangerous risk of promiscuity is contracting diseases. It is clear that the promiscuous
youths are exposed to sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea, syphilis, AIDS which to
infertility in the case of gonorrhea and syphilis and death in the case of AIDS.
So this goes to youth don't hurry because God's time is the best.

PATIENT AND DETEMINATION (THE KEY TO SUCCESS)
Amen.

THE FIVE – FINGER PRAYER.
This is so neat. I had never heard this before. This is beautiful and it is surely worth making the 5 –
finger prayer a part of our lives.
1. Your thumb is nearest you. So begin you prayers by praying for those closest to you. They are
the easiest to remember. To pray for our loved ones is, as C.S. Lewis once said, a “sweety duty”.
2. The next finger is the pointing finger. Pray for those who teach, instruct and heal. This includes
teachers, doctors and ministers. They need support and wisdom in pointing others in the right
direction keep them in your prayers.
3. The third finger is the tallest finger. It reminds us of our leaders. Pray for the president, leaders
in business and industry and administrators. These people shape our nation and guide public
opinion. They need God's guidance.
4. The fourth finger is our ring finger. Surprising to many is the fact that this is our weakest finer,
as any piano teacher will testify. It should remind us to pray for those who are weak, in trouble
or pain. They need your prayers day and night.
5. The little finger is the smallest finger of all which is where we should place ourselves in relation
to God and others. As the Bible says “the least shall be the greatest among you”. Your pinier
should remind you to pray for yourself. By the time you have prayed for the other four groups,
you own needs will be put into proper perspective and you will be able to pray for yourself
more effectively.

SEVEN SCERETS.
Question: What are the seven secrets of Success?
Answer: I found the answers in my room.
1) The roof said: Aim high. No one in the world can become an obstacle to your ambition. You are
the maker of your future. Never give up.
2) The fan said: Be cool. You can never gain anything in life with tension.
3) Clock said: every minute is precious. Life is short and time does not wait for anyone. The best
time that you have is today.
4) The mirror said: Reflect before you act. An unreflected life is not worth living.
5) The window said: see the world. Open your eyes to life's realities. It is not so bad as it is painted.
6) The calendar said: be Up-to-date. Don't wait for the opportunities to come to you, but make the
best use of what you see at present.
7) The Door said: Push hard to achieve your goals. Persistence and handwork are the doors that
will lead to success. If you think you are beaten, you can be sure you certainly are.

CREATE AWARENESS
I know of a word called LOVE. People usually express it as “falling in Love” which is really
wrong. We instead “grow in Love” not the reverse. Falling means a reduction in something. If you say
you are falling in Love with someone, you are indirectly saying you have no feelings of likeness or a
bit of it. We also make a gross mistake in differentiating between INFATUATION and AFFECTION.
Infatuation means feeling that you love when you really do not care while affection is having a deep
feeling for somebody or towards something. Talk to yourself this moment. Are you infatuated or
affectionate?

“LET IT GO”
Think of something that is really pesting you up for no defined reason.
You just have to “LET IT GO”.
You think you are the most wanted whe really others are more than you. You just have to let your pride
go. I tell you, “LET IT GO”.
You think you are really rude but this is not taking you anywhere.
So , my dear just “LET IT GO”
You think you are really rude
but this is not taking you
anywhere so , my dear just
“LET IT GO”
Anger, grief, and jealousy have been the talk of your day.
This is unfair even to your ownself since
what goes around comes around.
Just “LET IT GO”
you think you are the least loved
but forgetfulness of the fact that
someone cares makes you angry
Just “LET IT GO”.
You hat to see others happy for
no defined reason out of jealousy
put an end to this so, “LET IT GO”
After all, life is like a tide that
goes up and comes down respectively.
When you are distressed or you think
of hurting anyone just remember
“LET IT GO”

WHO STARTED WEARING HIGH HEEL SHOES
Generations today see the high heel shoes as part of the feminine world and glomour. The fact is
that it was originaaly worn by women. The high heels were worn for centuries throughout the near east
as a form of riding footwear. When the soldiers stood up in his stirrups, the heel helped him to secure
his stance so that he could shoot his bow and arrow more affecturely.
In the 16th century Persia's Hah Abbas 1 had the largest foot soldiers, since he was very powerful,
a wave of interest in all things persians passed through Western Europe. Persian shoes (high heels)
were enthusiastially adopted by austocrats, who sought to give their appearance a virute masculine
edge that it suddenly seemed only heel shoes could supply.
King Louis XIV wore these shoes. As many people started wearing the shoes the height of the
shoes was raised for members of the king's palace. These shoes were mostly worned by the members of
the upper classes because they did not need to got to the fields while working and they did not need to
walk far.
Later on it was later worn by those who, were short to balance their height (maybe, this is the
reason why short girls wear them more). So these shoes supplemented stature. Soon, Louise XIV later
moved them as the official dress of his courts. So to know where someone was with the king, you just
looked down to see the color of their shoes.
Although Europeans were first attracted to heels because the Persian connection gave them a
macho air, a craze in woman's fashion for adopting elements of men's dress meant their use soon spread
to women and children.
The women adopted the high heel shoes because they wanted to masculine their outfits. Sooner
men started to have a squarer, more robust, lower, stack of heel, while women's heels became more
slender more curvaceous”.
Why are high heels sexy?
High heel shoes began to be seen as erotic foot wears when they came back into fashion in the late
19th century – the rude models on tench postcards were often wearing them.
Biologist Dr. Helen Fischer holds that heels force women into “a natural courting pose” found
amongst mammals with an arched back and protruding buttocks. These do not only transform the shape
of women's bodies but they cause pain and prevent them from running away. One way in which women
are forced to compensate for the lack of power that men may he having.
As women started waring high heels, men's fashion shifted towards more practical clothing. This
led to them men to abandon the wearing of jewelery, bright colors and ostentations fabrics in favors of
a dark, ore sober, and homogeneous look. So women learn to wear high heels form men.

What is life really about?
What is our generation turning into?
Our world now is full of comparison.
Anyone who do not have what they think is in.
FASHION, does everything to get it,
Even killing their parents for it.
Oh! What a world;
Full of deceit, mischief, misery envy jealousy,
And even can name the rest.
Others get involved in dirty activities such as;
Scamming, drug dealing, prostitution, stealing
And when asked, their reply is “I'm enjoying life, am a youth”

5 WAYS YOU CAN SHOW LOVE TO YOUR HUSBAND.
1. Respectfully Communicate With HIM:
Know that he is your husband and the head of the family. Honor and respect him always, especially
when communicating with him. Don't use words that might show disrespect or rude which might annoy
him and this can lead to friction in the marriage. Be able to read his mood for if you use words that
ordinarily ought not to annoy him but if you use them when he is in a bad mood might cause problems.
Not that you should be watching what you say in front of your husband but be careful not to use
unguarded words when he is not in the mood. At times some words which you hinder to play around with
might be offensive to him and immediately you realize this apologize and when he come to his senses
would come back to apologize also.
2. Let Him Know He's Important To You:
No matter the situation or position either of you could be, let your husband realize and know that he is
very important to you. Don't think that if he knows this he could be feeling important the fact is he should
feel important when with you because he is the head of the house, you husband, the father of your
children and the breadwinner, even if you are the one that provide inferior unwanted and unimportant, it
might affect his ego and he could react in a negative way including beating abandonment of the house.
3. As A Result Of Problem Don't Say “I Told You So”;
When one party made a mistake which resulted in a problem a wife should not tell her husband “I told
you so” just because it was his fault. In life, one can make mistake but when one's partner decide to rub
once face into it by saying I told you not to do so, the man would feel bad and unhappy with his partner
nobody is above mistake.
4.
Try To Understand His Feelings Even When You Disagree With Him;
Understanding is one of the strong pillars of a successful marriage and when you can understand
his feelings, yo will be able to live with entire short comings and habits. You don't have to agree with him all
the time, but when this happen let him understand your feelings but if he insist o having his way at the time
agree with him you can later talk him into agreeing with you. Women know the ways they can make their
husband agree with them but in a way that would make him feel stupid.
5.
Tell Him You Love Him More Often;
If you can turn it into a song, do so. Telling him as often as possible you love your husband in
not out of place. If you keep saying it he would believe you with time and would love you in return. He also
would automatically be saying it, if you are saying it to him always. Don't be tired of saying it.

SOCIAL CORNER.
IF NOT NOW, WHEN?
We convince ourselves that life will be better after we get married, have a baby, then another...then we
are frustrated that the kids aren't old enough and we'll be more content when they are. After that, we're
frustrated that we have teenagers to deal with. We will certainly be happy when they are out of that stage.
We tell ourselves that our life will be complete when our spouse gets his or her act together, when we get a
nicer car, when we are able to go on a nice vacation or when we retire.
The truth is there's no better time to be happy than right now . If not now, when? Your life will always
be filled with challenges. It's best to admit this to yourself and decide to be happy anyway. Happiness is the
day.
So, treasure every moment that you have and treasure it more because you shared it with someone
special, special enough to spend your time with...and remember that time waits for no one.
So, stop waiting,
Until your car or home is paid off.
Until you get a new car or home.
Until your kids leave the house.
Until you go back to school.
Until you finish school.
Until you get married.
Until you get a divorce.
Until you have kids.
Until you retire.
Until summer.
Until spring.
Until fall
Until you die.
There is no better time than right now to be happy. Happiness is a journey, not a destination. So work
like you don't need money, love like you've never been hurt, and dance like no one is watching.

KINDNESS
The birds that sings among grass
The rat that peeps from its hole
The ant that roams among the rocks
We must be kind to them.
It hurts to be insulted hit or kicked
Should the bird be frightened away?
The rat to be shot
And the ant to be teased.
Let's sing with the bird
and run with the rat
Let’s watch the ant roam
But never offend them.
The hand that made you and me is the
Same hand that made them holy and gentle is he
And he smiles to see
That we his children are kind
To all that he had made.

WHAT DO YO LIKE AND DISLIKE ABOUT YOUR SCHOOL.
Am in S.J.C.H.S Mambu Bafut and there are so many things I like and dislike about the school.
First of all what I like about the school is the manner in which the teach. The school has well trained and
qualified teachers which guarantee every student in an examination class hundred percent and transfer very
good knowledge to students in non examination classes.
Secondly the school has a very strong and kind principal with strict and active discipline
masters and a determine vice principal.
I can also like the infrastructure especially the dormitory which have modern baths and toilets
with each class having his own dormitory which are very big permitting every individual to have big space
for his or her self. Then it also has a very big refectory with nice people seated per table what we hardly see
in other schools like my formal school for example where we were sixteen per table and eating in the same
pots in which we eat here.
Most of all I really enjoy the social life on campus students behave as though they come form
one family even though dating cannot lack among them or us LOL. And also the social activities that take
place in school like “evasion” , delire, carton rouge, film show, socials, Christmas Caro, sports and many
other competitions.
Now what I don't like in the school is stealing, students in this school steal a lot and some of
them when caught are not even dismissed from the school and they keep on stealing.
Also I don't like the way the take decisions in this school at times when you look at them
critically they are unjust and at times leading to innocent dismissals.
Also what I dislike in the school is the way the beat students hem!!! the teachers are too violent
what is not normal cuz from what I know the government has band beating in schools and in this school
instead of even reducing the rate, they have multiplied it so that there is no hiding place in this school even if
you try your best to hide somewhere the will still see you because the school is not big.
Most of all I don't like the way the teachers assume things in this schools, and also their way of
looking at people and concluding that they are bad, may be because of what they once did or where they
come from especially (francophone). Who are always qualified as the bad sheep that are there just to lead the
others astray? And also the issue of never forgetting students wrong even the ones which were done several
years ago and the best they can do is to keep on reminding the student of it thinking it will help the student
but no it instead disturbs the students the more.
Also this thing that Reverend Sisters who are here to study just like us become more than
discipline master like this eh!! Me I don't like it. They seize our official wear our dresses our bed sheets, they
control us even our light in the dormitory mama!!. they talk to us in a way that even the principal cannot do
that is they don't respect some of us you know not all of them behave like that just that in politics they don’t
call names.

ADOLESCENCE
Adolescence describes the teenage years between 13 and 19 and can be considered the transitional stage
from childhood to adulthood. However the physical and psychological changes that occur in adolescence can
start earlier, during the teen years (9 – 12). Adolescence can be a time of both disorientation and discovery.
The transitional period can bring up issues of both disorientation and discovery. The transitional period can
bring up issues of independence and self – identity. Sometimes adolescents may be experimenting with drugs
and alcohol or sexuality. During this time peer groups and external appearance tend to increase in importance.

GOOD AND CLEVER
If all the good people were clever, and all clever people were good, the world would be nice than ever
we thought that it possibly could.
but somehow it is seldom or never the two hit it off as they should, the good are so harsh to the
clever, the clever so rude to the good. So friends, let it be our Endeavour to make each by each
understood, for few can be good like the clever or clever so well as the good
