In recent years the Board has built internal systems and created policies to support these principles. the results have been cost savings, low overhead, and high return for our charity members. Our charities are a group of the finest, most respected and fiscally accountable charities in the nation. their focus and tasks are varied – supporting America’s military and their families, disaster relief, feeding children, alcoholism intervention, prison outreach, and saving lives. Without the support and donations of workplace donors in meeting these needs many would continue in life threatening situations. thank you for helping to change lives. Some of the mile markers of our year were: Martial Dedegbe Associate, Member Services Relocating our offices and reducing costs and increasing efficiencies. Renewed our Management Service Agreement with Christian Service Charities as our service provider. Added two new states/campaigns to our charity services. Added one new charity for donors to choose from. ntn now serves 94 charities. Donor funds are distributed to charities efficiently and quickly before the 15th of every month. Donor funds are clearly marked so charities can identify the campaign source of the donations. Managing expenses helped us work smarter with new processes that will carry into the future of ntn operations. Spreading the word to potential donors about the amazing work of ntn members continues to be on the fore-front of our work. As we look to the future we’ll be focusing on the Changing times and Changing Faces of workplace giving campaigns. Budgeted expenses are funded by cost recovery from revenue received from donations. Costs are recovered on the basis of a 10.3% fee structure. NTN does not have minimums, dues, or other separate service charges attached to participation for members of federations. Federation fees are inclusive, with no other fees or charges from the federation or from other entities. NTN has a new option for national and local unaffiliated organizations to participate in our Public Sector Program. For this option, we charge an upfront application fee. Charities are charged 10.3% of total gross pledges.
