Hangers Unlimited ships everything F.O.B. collect. This means you, our customer, is responsible for
the freight charge. We will ship the most economical way available, either by UPS or truck. Please
contact us if you would like to know the shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE: We can ship C.O.D., but UPS charges an additional $10.50 per box (subject to
change without notice). This additional $10.50 per box charge can be avoided by using your
Mastercard or VISA. There is a $20.00 minimum order.
returns/exchanges
Please contact a customer service representative for a return authorization. All returns must be
made within 30 days of invoice. A 20% restocking fee will be incurred on returns made without
prior authorization, returns after 30 days and refused shipments. Custom orders cannot be returned.

Please inspect all shipments upon arrival for damage. If the item is delivered by a truck line, note
the damage on the freight bill and fax a copy to 414-389-5252. If your item arrived UPS, please
