The French Bulldog Noon – 2 p.m. | Ages 21 and older In “The Science of Bacon,” Bryce Coulton, head chef at The French Bulldog, will discuss the science involved in curing pork belly, which leads to bacon, pancetta and tesa. Participants also will learn about the techniques required to ensure meat is cured properly, tastes good and is safe to eat. This special event costs $10 per person and includes a sample of whiskey bacon and a free beer or house wine. Event is full.
