Company Overview:
Selwyn Chihong Mining Ltd. (Selwyn Chihong) is an exploration and mine development company based in Vancouver BC. The Company ’s Selwyn
Project in Yukon Territory is known as one of the world’s largest undeveloped zinc-lead deposits.
On August 18, 2010, Chihong Mining Canada Ltd., a subsidiary of Yunan Chihong Zinc & Germanium Co.,Ltd. invested CAN$100 million in the Selwyn Project to acquire a 50% joint venture interest with Selwyn Resources Ltd. On June 3, 2013, Chihong Mining Canada Ltd. acquired the remaining 50% of the Selwyn Project with another CAN$50 million purchase. As a result, Selwyn Chihong is now
100% owned by Yunan Chihong Zinc & Germanium Co.,Ltd.— a public company listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE 600497).
With the ownership change in 2013, Selwyn Chihong and the Project have a new management team led by Richard (Shilin) Li, the
CEO. The team brings strong and rich experience in mine development and management. Selwyn Chihong Mining Ltd. is dedicated
to the long-term development and operation of the Selwyn Project. Selwyn Chihong is committed to the highest international
standards in environmental protection and workplace health and safety; engaging reputable consulting companies for project
design and development; and actively engaging local communities to help them realize social and economic benefits from the Project.

Richard has been involved in mine
development, in progressively senior
roles, for Eldorado Gold, Afcan Mining
and Sino Gold over the course of his
30-year career. As Managing Director,
China Operation at Eldorado, Richard
oversaw operations at three producing
gold mines. Earlier in his career with
Eldorado, Richard led business development activities in China for the company. Richard became CEO of Selwyn
Chihong in 2013.
Kevin has more than 15 years’ experience working in Canada’s mining and
consulting industries. Before joining
Selwyn Chihong in 2012, Kevin worked
as an audit manager at KPMG and as a
senior finance manager in a range of
Canadian public mining companies.
Kevin is a CPA CMA in British Columbia
and holds an MBA from the University
of Western Ontario.
Maurice is an accomplished executive
with experience in both the public and
private sectors. Maurice has held a
number of senior government positions in New Brunswick and Yukon,
where he was Deputy MinisterEconomic Development, Mines and
Small Business for four years. Before
joining the Selwyn Project in 2013,
Maurice ran a consulting practice focused on managing economic and
social development projects in rural
remote, and urban Canadian communities.
John has more than 26 years’ experience in base and precious metal mineral exploration and mining operations, and has been actively involved
in the Selwyn Project since 2005, playing a key role in expanding the Project’s zinc-lead resources. Mr. O’Donnell is a licensed Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo) and a member of the
Association of Professional Engineers
and Geoscientists of Manitoba and
Saskatchewan.

Project Overview
The Selwyn Project is located in eastern Yukon and on the
border of the Northwest Territories (NWT). More than 90%
of the mineral district is in Yukon, with mineralization extending across the border into the NWT.

Power: LNG power plant on site;

Projected Number of Employees: ~1500 construction,
~750 operations;

Process Plant: fine grind/flotation concentrator;

Concentrate Transport: zinc in bulk and lead in bags;

Product: 930,000 tonnes zinc concentrate and 220,000
tonnes lead concentrate annually;

Export: Truck to the port of Stewart;

Exploration drill programs is anticipated to show potential
for multiple stages of expansion and longer mine life;

One of the largest undeveloped zinc-lead deposits in the
world;

Pre-feasibility study scheduled for completion in the third
quarter of 2015.
The Project comprises approximately 316 square kilometers
of wholly owned claims. The Company’s claims extend over
more than 67 kilometers of the favourable zinc-lead hosting
rocks strata in the sedimentary basin that hosts the known
zinc-lead occurrences.

Community Engagement
Selwyn Chihong values its relationship with the local communities and First Nations.
There are a number of Yukon and Northwest Territories communities affected by the Selwyn Project. In addition, Selwyn Chihong
is working closely with three Aboriginal Nations including, Kaska, Sahtu and Dehcho Nations. The Company has initiated open and

Year 2014:

Selwyn Chihong has engaged with the Kaska First Nations to implement the Interim Measure Agreement with a special focus
on procurement, training, and employment;

Company officials have undertaken the negotiations of a Socio Economic Participation Agreement with Ross River Dena
Council and the Liard First Nation;

The CEO and other senior managers attended community meetings and job fairs in Ross River and Watson Lake;

Grade 10 students from Ross River and Watson Lake were given a tour of the mine site to highlight the various jobs currently
available with the Project;

Maurice, VP– External Affairs and other senior managers participated in the Hand Game Tournament in Ross River;

Elders from Ross River and Liard First Nation had site tours in August.
