Michael Burns, Sergeant Justin Debuc, Constable Kyla Rutherford, Constable Frank
Tropea, and Constable Sean Shorrock with respect to the incident at Silver City Theatre on
October 3, 2014.

12 Hour Shift Rotation Agreement
Chief J. P. Levesque to provide information relative to the above noted.

With respect to the 12 Hour Shift Rotation agreement with the Thunder Bay
Police Association – Uniform and Civilian Members in the Records and
Communications Departments under the Civilian Agreement, we
recommend that the Board Chair, Councillor J. Virdiramo, and Mr. J. S.
Hannam, Board Secretary, be authorized to execute the agreement, as
presented to the Board at the September 26, 2012 Closed Session meeting.

Chief J. P. Levesque to provide an update relative to the above noted event held in Thunder
Bay on October 1 to 3, 2014.
2014 OAPSB Labour Seminar
Information relative to the 2014 Ontario Association of Police Services Boards Labour
Seminar being held on November 20 and 21, 2014 at the International Plaza Hotel in
Toronto, Ontario.
Discussion to be held relative to the above noted.

With respect to the 2014 OAPSB Labour Seminar being held at the
International Plaza Hotel in Toronto, Ontario, from November 20 and 21,
2014, the following Thunder Bay Police Services Board members be
authorized to attend:

The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay, Thunder Bay Police
Services Board, this 18th day of November 2014.
