The training in Germany went well and the Chile team really benefitted from it. Unfortunately it has resulted in making the weeks since getting back just crazy. I continue to misjudge how much of my own work I can expect to get done! Everyone here is working on plans for 2015 in their respective ministries and departments. For many this is the first time they have worked so systematically or strategically. My experience and natural way of approaching these tasks means that I am able to help but since it requires such a change in thinking it takes a lot of time! At present, often the only time I can progress with the financial elements is during the evening, making for long hours and interrupted work- flow during the day. Having said that it is exciting to see the whole team embracing the ideas we returned to Chile with and taking the time to develop these plans. Please continue to pray for much wisdom for Peter’s ministries in Chile. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Praise: We thank God for those within the congregation recovering from illness For the freedom we have to come and worship this morning Pray for: All who attended the Alpha course at TCC Pray for: Pastor Phil speaking at a men’s dinner on Wednesday in Oswestry Those serving abroad at this time: Pete T in Chile, Andy & Gail Cook in USA and Joel Wright at Broadmoor Baptist Church, MS The Christmas Festival this Friday in Wem Pray for each other: Monday: Tuesday: Wednesday: Thursday: Friday: Saturday: Sunday: Carl Clutton Simon & Nicola Collins (Emily, Heidi) Andy & Gail Cook Marjorie Cook Neil Cooper Andy & Liz Dakin (William, Thomas) Ron & Lorna Dakin kidZown occasionally needs some extra practical help, especially in the kitchen department.
