The Constitution (Memorandum/Rules & Regulationsf of NBSNLOA, which is registered under Societies Registration Act 1860, does not empo$rer any circle executive committee meeting to do so. Such decision can be taken only by the highest forum viz. the All India General Body Meeting. Therefore what has happened is only the Circle Secretary of AIBSNLOA Chennai Telephones quitting the organizatron and joining another association.
