Branch Winery, felt drawn to the beauty and legacy of many of the wine regions. As a
physician, he found the art and science of winemaking intriguing.
Speaker: John Rivenburgh, Founder and VP, is a native of San Antonio and is married to
the Young's daughter Alison. Being an artist at heart, it was not a far leap for him from the
canvas to the barrel. He helped lay the foundation for Bending Branch Winery. A winery
destined, with his contributions, to become a new model of winemaking distinction.
