1. Consignment/Catalog Fee per head
- $100 Saturday Select Sale
- $65 Sunday Sale
- $100 Sunday Race & Barrel Horse section
2. Commission is 7% with a minimum of $25 per head.
3. ORIGINAL REGISTRATION PAPERS, SIGNED TRANSFERS AND ALL BREEDERS’ CERTIFICATES MUST
ACCOMPANY CONSIGNMENT BLANKS ALONG WITH CATALOG FEE. MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO DAVE
HERMANSON. For entries that are faxed in - a check for the catalog fee must be received in the office within 5
days or entries will be pulled! CHECKS MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRY FORM.
4. Buyer to pay one (1) transfer fee.
5. NO REFUNDS OF CATALOG FEE.
6. All positions will be drawn by sale management and horse(s) sold in catalog order.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Saturday, January 24, 2015 - No Exceptions!
Entries need to be in Kist Office, Make sure to send them in on time!
It is the seller’s responsibility to have a Negative Coggins Test performed, sufficiently in advance of sale, so results are
ready when the horse sells to meet Canadian Import and American Interstate Transportation requirements. When your
veterinarian draws blood for the Coggins Test, insure that all necessary criteria are met, including, but not limited to: (1)
Report is an original for EACH horse. Fax or Xerox reports CANNOT be accepted. (2) Report lists only one horse. Multiple
horse reports CANNOT be accepted. Test must be under six (6) months old.
As a consignor, I recognize that Kist Livestock Auction and Dave Hermanson are only acting to provide a time and
place for sale of my horse or horses. I also recognize that all agreements and disputes are between me as seller and the
purchaser, as determined by Auctioneer, Kist Livestock Auction, and Dave Hermanson, and that neither the Kist Livestock
Auction nor Dave Hermanson has any obligation, duty, or liability to me with respect to performance or nonperformance by
any purchaser, and that any disputes will be resolved in the district court for Morton County, North Dakota.
I, as consignor of a horse, agree to be bound by and abide by all of the forgoing terms and conditions.
