Welcome
Leonid M. Surguchev
CEO, Lukoil Overseas North Shelf
INTSOK representing the capabilities of the Norwegian oil and gas
cluster invites you to our 13th Annual Russian-Norwegian Oil & Gas
Conference. We see that the petroleum industry approaches the High
North step by step, ensuring they have qualified, proven solutions and
technology. With most technologies being developed for more benign
conditions, extending operations into the High North requires there to
be developed new technologies and solutions capable of handling the
harsh physical conditions.
Mikhail H. Grigoriev
Co-owner and Director, GECON
