It is a pre requisite to fully complete the pre-course workbook prior to attending your day of training, either online or via the hardcopy workbook/manual. Please note that sufficient verbal and written English skills is required to complete the theory and practical course requirements. VAULTING - OPTIONAL DRILLS FOR YOUR COMPULSORY GYMNASTS. Things to do instead of waiting in line. It is a huge mistake to wait until your athletes reach an optional level to start working optional vaults. This workshop offers drills and lead ups that can and should be done with your compulsory gymnasts to ease the transition to the optional levels. JUMP, MOVE, TUMBLE. Retaining teenage gymnasts by keeping them engaged and enthused. This workshop will focus on Freestyle gymnastics and Team Gym. MAG – POMMEL SKILLS.
