A Penny A Kiss were our fabulous Swing Trio from
Victorville. They performed throughout the day’s
event while DJ KevDog announced the winners of
our 50/50 tickets and raffles for some grand gift
baskets.

CELEBRATES 19 YEARS
November 1st 2014, “The California Route 66
Museum” celebrated its 19th Birthday Bash and
Annual Classic Car Show. The opening ceremony
“Pledge of Allegiance” was recited by Alannah
Pellino, Chick Kirk’s great granddaughter.

At this time, the California Route 66 Museum

Howard who has become a part of the Museum’s
family. Keith resides in San Diego and travels to
Victorville at least once a month to work on
exhibits.

VISITORS
The California Route 66 Museum welcomes
International and U.S. Visitors daily. Our
International Visitors amaze us with their
excitement in visiting our museum. Speaking of
International Visitors, Simon and Pauline Eldridge
from Spain came to celebrate with us at our 19th
Anniversary Car Show.
We really treasure our die hart loyal fans.
In October we hosted the “Street Rodder” Road
Tour, run with their Classic Cars and Motorbikes.
The Museum shared visitation with the Victorville
Fire Department Museum.
This past month an independent YouTube
videographer, stopped by to make a video of some
of the Museum exhibits. He interviewed our
docents about our exhibits, our history, and how the
Museum obtains the artifacts.
We really appreciate and welcome all film crews
and media.
