Britt Farms CSA LLC is proudly owned and operated by Vernon & Jennifer Britt, of Mount Olive, NC.
Our
farm has been in Vernon's family since his great-great-great-great-great grand-daddy began farming the nearly 100 acres
deeded to our family in the mid-1600's. The Britt family had been tending our legacy of land, in tobacco, corn and
soybeans, but hard times have come to farming, and if farmers want to keep their land, they have to change too.
So we are changing...

have been selling our farm-fresh products at the Raleigh farmers market, and decided it was time to start our
Community Supported Agriculture subscription program in 2008.
For Spring, 2015 we are offering:
Duke – Tuesdays - April 14th through September 29th
Wayne County - Wednesdays - April 15th ending September 30th
RTI – Thursdays - April 16th ending October 1st
North Raleigh - Thursdays April 16th ending October 1st
Cary - Thursdays April 16th ending October 1st
FRESH PRODUCE INCLUDING:
Strawberries, Peaches, Blueberries, Blackberries, Assorted Melons, Assorted Potatoes,
Asparagus, Cabbage, Sweet Potatoes, Beets, Assorted Greens, Assorted Lettuce, Broccoli,
Sweet Corn, Snap Beans, Assorted Summer and Winter Squash, Cucumbers, Okra, Assorted
Peppers, Tomatoes, Grape Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Assorted Radishes, Eggplant,
Spinach, Herbs, Spring Onions, Onions, Kale, Swiss Chard, Garden Peas, Sugar Snap Peas,
Collards, Kohlrabi and Cauliflower.
We are always adding new items, so you may receive some things that are not listed. Also,
weather plays a big part in the availability of all our produce so we can't guarantee that you
will receive a certain item. We will put forth all of our efforts to ensure that you receive a
wide variety of fruits and vegetables each week. And always remember that all produce needs
to be properly washed before consuming. When you receive your boxes, the produce needs
to be removed and stored properly the day of delivery. If you have any questions about how

This agreement represents a season-long contract. If for any reason a member must end their share subscription, Britt Farms will
transfer the remainder of your share subscription period to another customer you designate. If for any reason a member is unable
to pick up their weekly share, arrangements should be made by the member to have someone else pick up the delivered share at the
designated location and time.
