Veterans Pennant open to men/women born 1975 or earlier
ENTRY FEE $130.00 PER PERSON PER SEASON
NOTE: ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED
Registration provides eligibility to compete in all competitions and
tournaments. It also covers insurance for 2015. The fee for 2015 is $66.00, or
$61.00 if paid before 15 Mar 2015.
NOTE WELL: If unregistered, players may fill in three times only, then YOU
MUST BE A REGISTERED PLAYER

ITTF RULES apply to this pennant, ie. rackets, rubbers, colour of clothing, service
rule and conduct of games etc. Andro 3-star White balls will be used for the full
pennant.
Players are ranked by points from which teams of 2 players (or 3 players if necessary)
are selected and allocated to sections or grades. In each section the player with the
highest points is teamed with the player with the lowest points, second highest with
second lowest and so on to achieve a more even contest. The Committee's decisions
on grading are final.
Matches are played to 11 advantage points. The Singles are played first -- best-of5 games. Doubles are played last – best-of-7 games for Rounds 1 to 10. For all
Finals the Doubles will be best-of-5 games.

Veterans Pennant is played at Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre (MSAC),
Aughtie Drive, Albert Park, on Friday nights for Rounds 1 to 9 commencing at
7:30 pm sharp. Round 10 (17 April) shall commence at 7:00 pm sharp followed
immediately by the Preliminary Final (2nd vs. 3rd)
