Late Enrolments
It is important that you attend the Enrolment and Orientation program as it contains essential
information for your successful transition to study in Monash University English Language
Centre (MUELC).
If you are unable to arrive on time for the Enrolment and Orientation program, then you must
apply for approval to arrive late. To do this, email [email protected] and provide the
following information:
 Your family name, given name and Monash student ID number
 An explanation as to why you cannot attend enrolment
 Expected date you can come to Monash to enrol
Late Enrolments take place on Level 3, 222 Bourke Street, City Campus from 9.30 am to 10.30
am daily from Tuesday, 6 January to Friday, 9 January 2015.
How to Check Timetable
Check your timetable on Monash College website after 5 pm on Monday, 5 January 2015.
Step 1: Visit Monash College website: http://www.monashcollege.edu.au/
Step 2: Click on Timetable link at the bottom of the Monash College website:

Enrolment and Orientation Checklist for New Students
 Bring your Offer Letter, your IELTS / TOEFL IBT test results (original or soft
copy), and your Passport to the Enrolment & Orientation day.
 Receive the Authority to Enrol by email before the Enrolment & Orientation day
and you MUST set up Authcate Account via https://my.monash.edu.au/ in order
to get access to Monash emails and timetable.
 Fill in Enrolment Form and submit to a student helper on the Enrolment &
Orientation day.
 Attend the Academic Overview / Student Orientation Session/ Student Interview.
 Obtain your Monash Student ID card at Student Administration Counter (Level
3, 222 Bourke Street, City Campus) from Tuesday, 6 January to Friday 16
January 2015 in the morning (11.00 am--12.00 pm), or in the afternoon (1.00 pm-2.00 pm).
 *Update your local postal address, home address phone number and emergency
contact details via WES (Web Enrolment System):

(*If you are under 18 years old, please go to the Reception on Level 3 in City
Campus to submit a Change of Address form)
 Check your timetable on Monash College website after 5 pm on Monday, 05

 Order your Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) membership card online via:
www.oshcallianzassistance.com.au. Please note: the Policy Number for OSHC
is your Monash Student ID number.
