Can PHI provide a list of Pepco accounts that are likely to be split upon system upgrade, due to metered / unmetered?
PHI sent preliminary list to suppliers on 12/1/2014. This list will only include existing account numbers. The final list will be provided during cutover, approximately 1/1/2015. The format will be available COB 12/23/2014 and can be obtained by contacting Supplier Support

How will we receive the new account number for accounts we are currently serving?
PHI will provide an 814C transaction to suppliers during cutover. It will include new account number in REF*12 segment and legacy account number in REF*45 segment.

They will be processed as part of our cutover activities. There are no issues was a result of that using the legacy ISA/GS information.
PHI is not currently planning to offer this feature due to customer security; however, PHI will continue to accept 814 Enrollment and historical usage transactions with the legacy account number.
You will only receive an 814 Change transaction for the customers who are read on a calendar month basis (cycle 23).
Are load profiles actually changing, or Load profile codes will not be changing. PHI will send the just the naming convention?
actual load profile value on EDI transactions for ACE and Delmarva instead of the profile id/voltage code currently being sent.

Common code should be the same as today ‐ only ISA/GS are changing.
PHI will evaluate 810s sent in the first few days after cutover and if there were for a bill window that was still open, will post the 810. If they were in response to usage sent on or after 12/23/14 from legacy, we will post the 810. If they were in response to any other usage transactions, we will reject with rejection reason of OBW.

There is nothing different with this type of account. The supplier will need to send two enrollments. If a legacy account number is sent, Supplier Relations will contact the supplier and provide the new account numbers.

Yes, a supplier can request an 867 HI transaction prior to enrollment. Supplier must have customer permission to request historical usage.

No, for each account, a supplier can only receive either an 867IU OR an 867MU.
A REF17 change request should be sent with REF17 = SUMMARY for 867MU and REF17 = DETAIL for 867IU.
For Pepco MV90 accounts, PHI will provide a list to each supplier on approximately 12/26/2014 and suppliers should respond by 1/2/2015 with which transaction they wish to receive.

Your presentation states that you will PHI will support 4 PID segments and up to 25 SAC segments allow up to 25 SAC loops. However, per change control. Yes it has been tested.
my understanding is that you currently only print 4 PID segments and 5 SAC segments. Can you verify that you are now saying that you will print up to 25 charges on the bill? Have you tested that many charges?

After implementation, the 810 cancel '01' code will only be valid in non‐POR jurisdictions, i.e. Delaware.
yes, PHI uses the 82 code will all 810 rejections.
No, PHI will accept those defined as valid in the Implementation Guide.
Please clarify use of NTE/PID segments PID is only accepted in NJ, NTE is accepted in all other jurisdictions.
When will 820s be sent?
The process is not changing. Payments are generally due five days after due date in states with POR. In non‐POR states, payment is based on receipt of customer payment.
