Christmas in Sydney is the time of year we love to enjoy the very best seafood.
This year’s buffet will feature fresh balmain bugs, poached prawns, mussels,
freshly shucked Pacific and Sydney rock oysters, our delicate blue swimmer
crab and much more.
Our Indian Delicacies include Vegetable Biryani and Goan Barramundi curry
accompanied by your choice of saffron rice, Bhaji, naan and roti. The buffet
will also feature the traditional accompaniment’s such as papadums, mango
