Information
Enrolments All activities/programs require a completed enrolment form prior to
comencement.
Fees Activity/program fees are payable prior to commencement. GST will be charged
where applicable. All fees are kept to a minimum. We do not want people to feel excluded
because of financial difficulties. If the cost is a problem please speak to the Coordinator to
discuss other alternatives (confidentiality is assured at all times.
Payments Payments can be made in person during office hours or directly to the activity/
program facilitator or nominated representative. We also accept credit card payments by
phone and direct bank deposit.
Cancellations If we need to cancel an activity/program we will notify you as soon as
possible. Please advise Reception on 9786 1445 or the activity/program facilitator or
nominated representative if you need to cancel.
Refunds Refunds will be considered if a minimum of 7 days notice is given prior to
commencement of the activity/program. An administration charge of $5 will apply.
Payment will be refunded in full if a activity/program is cancelled by us.
Waiting List Leave your details to be notified when a activity/program is starting or a
vacancy occurs.

Mahogany Indoor Bowls Club

Enjoy indoor carpet bowls in the Jack Verity Hall
with a social group of men and women.
Members compete in mixed teams of players. The
principle aim of the game is the same as all other
bowls disciplines: to deliver your bowl closer to the
jack than your opponent.

HIPPY Frankston North
Would you like to be more involved in your children's
learning and prepare them for a confident start to
school? The Home Interaction Program for Parents
and Youngsters (HIPPY) is a two-year home-based
learning program for parents and carers of four and
five year old children. It is FREE for participating
families as it is funded by the Australian Government.

community centres who provide a free and confidential service to
help people complete their tax returns during tax time. Volunteers
are fully trained, accredited and supported by the Australian
Taxation Office (ATO). Tax Help is suitable for people earning
around $50,000 or less a year with fairly straightforward tax affairs.

Who Am I? Finding Your Authentic Self Through the Arts

development using the arts (drawing, collage, sculpture,
movement and role play/drama) as a means of inquiry into the
