Meet your presenters
Roger J. Dodd is an internationally-known
plaintiff’s trial attorney, author, lecturer,
consultant and expert on cross-examination
techniques. Mr. Dodd is a frequent guest and
commentator on Court TV and other legallyoriented programs. He has recently provided
trial commentary on Good Morning America
and Geraldo At Large. His newest book and
DVD, ‘Media Skills: The Lawyer as Spokesperson’, is an invaluable tool for lawyers and judges. Listed in The
Best Lawyers in America since 1991, Mr. Dodd has also been
selected as a Georgia “Super Lawyer” every year since the program’s
inception in 2004. He is one of a select few lawyers to be selected as
“Super Lawyer” in a second state (Florida).
Larry Pozner is a founding partner of the 30lawyer litigation firm Reilly Pozner LLP. Mr.
Pozner’s national practice includes both
complex commercial litigation (plaintiff and
defense) and criminal defense cases (ranging
from street crimes to complex federal
regulatory crimes). The Best Lawyers in
America has recognized him for his work in
